Thanks, I've passed this on to the developers. There're a couple of situations where we aren't handling long-idle clients well, so hopefully we can fix this all at once.

Does anyone else get this? If they do, do they also sometimes have tables freeze despite having a machine that shouldn't be experiencing CPU lag? It seems unlikely that the problems are unrelated, as both are unusual. I've passed this on to the developers for that reason.
The reason the client doesn't remember password is security - Unibet don't let us do it another way, it's one of the site guidelines that we are obliged to follow.

Also actually the rebuy problem is not fixed. I got it about two days ago. After a few hours of play I couldn't rebuy. Unibet continues to fail.

The guy who looks after the tourney schedule has way too much on his plate at the moment so do anything major with it right now. But we're rebalancing who is doing what a little, so hopefully we'll have some space for this soon.
The SE often goes some way over its guarantee, but it isn't always a mile over. So it'd be a dangerous one to increase. We've tried "building it and they will come" with the tourney schedule, but they very much did not come, and we lost lots of money. So this is going to have to be a slow process I'm afraid.

EE is a regulated market (we have a license). I don't know the status of tax, I suspect it's one of those markets where players are meant to pay tax but often don't. I think Thailand is the same, there're some really weird 'don't ask, don't tell' tax things going on there as far as I recall. Best to just pay the tax.

Thanks for the dxdiag screenshots. The client requires a DX10 compatible video card, and yours is not. This was always meant to be the case, but until the late Feb release, some older cards were running the client in software compatibility mode, which made it run very, very slowly. We fixed that, and now a lot of older cards run the client a lot faster. The downside is, no DX9 compatibility.
You can fix it by getting a more modern video card, I'm pretty sure you can pick up a DX10 compatible card for €10 on eBay for a desktop. I have no idea how laptop video cards work though.

There's an intermittent bug where sometimes SNG disappear. If you restart the client, it should work.

I actually made a withdrawal a couple of weeks ago. So Unibet is losing money, not me.
It's Responsible Gaming's job to handle situations where someone says they're addicted and can't stop playing. It's a condition of our licenses in most jurisdictions, so they don't have much choice here.
I believe that chat support told you what you need to do to unlock your account, and Stubbe is going to mail you shortly.
