Why did my UNIBET poker client updated again today?!
After that update I wanted to play a session but after only 3 minutes of play one of the tables froze and after unsuccesseful attempts to revive it the hole game crashed. I had to close it by "force".

I logged in again after a few moments and everything seemed to be fine... but after some minutes of play I wanted to rebuy at some of the tables since my stack dropped to much, but surprise, the rebuy wasn't working at all.

I got angry and closed the poker client after struggling for half an hour to make it work.

Rebuy often not working for me, very annoying!!

What's up with this last update?

Had 2 crashes in 2 hours.
Rebuys on some tables are not working.

And when buying in with cash tickets and losing my stack Im getting kicked off the table right away, which is really frustrating as I lose my seat, so at least give the option to rebuy with another ticket or cash money.

Hey guys! I have not had a single crash since 31st January. But I am having the same rebuying issues, too. First topping up fails, then I may be able to reopen a table and join (a couple of times if needed) but after the disconnection that seems to happen as a consequence, I am no longer able to top up. (After logging back in and accepting the terms )

What do you mean by crashes, though? Do you get any error message?

Rebuys dont working because these coders cant repair anything (rebuys from tickets) without fkn something what was working ok.

I've also this problem afer last update. Sometimes closing the client doesnt help, I've to restart windows.


It's tilting me as hell but this is their mission as we heard many times - transfer the money from regular players to the fishes playing from phones.

You're right and I must have mislead you. 4 tables tile as they should.

My question is: Why 6 tables when tiled have the same size as 9 would? I pretty much have enough space (full HD)for another 3 tables at the bottom of my screen when I tile 6. Is this the same under Win7?

Isn't there a chance to increase the height of a table in order to fill more space on a full Hd screen assuming we want 6 in this case?

I think it would be nice to include some sort of Dealer chat for Omaha games so we can quickly see what kind of hand won after the hand is finished.
It can be just one line describing river, but I think it would help much.

I had the same problem during my vacation in Thailand but I solved it by using a VPN service for my country. No issues to log in.

Playing here now is boring, tilting and cost much more money that any other entertainments I know.

I'll show you short story about me:
- V1.0 - working well for years with cpu 30% ram 40%

- v2.x - stable middle version - not so good but compare to the current version this was a paradise - cpu 80% ram 70%

- current v.2 - cpu 100% ram 50%
among other bugs I've seen here I have BIG HEAVY problems :
- closing table takes abnormally long time - about 5 to even 10 sec with total freeze of everything - mouse cursor also what is a miracle never seen.
Its not matter if I close working table, table with sitout or REPLAYER so this isnt a server connection / cash back problem - cost me about 200-300 bb everyday (I'm playing 6-8 tables many hours daily so it isnt impossible when we count all these pots), also new mouse and tons of cigarettes. It's due global sitouts and folding hands in involved pots (I dont even think about folding AA pre where results are hard to predict - maybe even +ev due sons of Nostradamus playing with 84off and hitting their outs)

- opening table takes more time that in early v2 - about 2-3 sec every time

- freezing/disconect tables without reason about 1-5 times per every hour tables are freezed but main client works, balance shows zero - needs restart via task manager = finally losing money in all involved pots
Is strange but sometimes closing takes about 30 sec with total freeze of everything, sometimes 1 sec without freeze


here are my dx diags - sorry I sent not before but thought all main bugs will be solved in this release but now I see that these problems not cover all players.

So finally we've came from 30% cpu to 100% due creating a lighter client, ughhhhhhhh

Since the update a few days ago my balance seems to change over night when I haven't played.. any idea why this would be? It's usually a couple of Euros lower than when I left it, today it's .50 up.

Beacuse your "true" balance is curreny you see when you log in into unibet.com; exchange rates are updated once per day so you see that as change in your euro balance; same thing is for me.

As for newest upadte, i had no crahses yestrday in like 600flops and no rebuy problem for me

I'm on Win10 so I'm not sure if it does anything different on Win7. I have a gap at the bottom when 6 tabling but it fills horizontally.

The problem is that the tables are more rectangular than the 1.0 client and resizing them is at a fixed ratio. This means they fill the horizontal axis quicker than the vertical in most cases so in order to get 3 tables to fit/fill horizontally you leave the space on the vertical axis.

Basically there is no way around it Hopefully they'll continue to try and improve the visibility of the smaller tables so at least they're easier to see when small.

Your graphics drivers were signed in 2011. I'd suggest checking Intel's and your PC/Laptop manufacturers websites for updated drivers

Those who have crashes did you make sure that:

-You have the latest windows updates installed
-You have the latest video graphics driver installed. Go to the manufacturer's website and find it.
-You have the latest version of any graphics card related software (like Geforce Experience) installed
-You have at least Directx9 installed
-There are many reasons why you should prefer Windows 10 to Windows 7. Windows7 may even fail to install its updates therefore upgrading directx won't work. From what I know the client is more stable under Windows 10 anyway.
-If you have both an integrated and a dedicated video card it is very important that you try the client with both. I was surprised that when I switched back to the integrated suddenly the constant crashes were gone 95%.

I guess this rebuying issue happens to everyone at the same time, doesn't it? Just had to stop playing as after disconnection could not top-up at all. I sat out and restarted the computer and it's not working.

Just played for 3.5 hours straight and went really smooth, no issues at all.
I switched from using wifi to using network cable, I think this might help for some other players as well.
