I feel like if you discard a challenge it shouldn't come back within the same month. i Had this happen both in minor and major challenges.

I think Andrew mentioned challenges work in cycles (let's say 12). So, if you discard the 12th challenge is the cycle out of 12, there is 1/12 chance you will get the challenge you just discarded next.

Right. It discards the challenge from whatever's left in your rotation, then when the rotation is complete it starts again. If you ask support or in the thread, we can manually discard the second iteration though.

Guess you forgot mine? One of the tickets is expiring today so would be great if you could convert them. One more thing on the crashing, that someone else mentioned later on as well, as long as they occurr, it would be great if disconnection protection (if it is even seen like that, I don't know how the client deals with my crash) would last just slightly longer. Now everytime it happens I try and rush to kill the Unibet client and restart, but most of the time I'm just a second or two short or I barely make it.

As you can see, here i ask Banzai into Bonus, which i think you always allow, so that was bad selective memory by me.

As i wanna play now (friday night after all) and don't wanna search anymore for more posts by me where "specials" are converted to bonus, i'm gonna leave it at this for now, maybe after the session i will try to find some more

Hi Andrew, i think it's a combination of bad selective memory here.
I decided to search a bit more, and it seems that the only post where i converted form "special" to bonus is quoted above.....i think you might have made a mistake or you were lenient to me because it was also my "friday-exchange" and it would suck of i couldn't play in the weekend (or a lot less) (it's a pretty big conversion and you are free in the weekend ).
I did find a lot of posts where i turned stuff into bonus, but those posts were cash/sng/(normal)mtt as the trade-in's so yeah thats prob my memory playing a trick on me

So to conclude, i'm fine with that being the rule, because it's probably bad selective memory at work for me here, i do think it would be awesome if at least UO/UKT could be changed into bonus, for the SE i understand you want to keep the money in the prizepool so i'm assuming that will never happen . But for UO/UKT i don't really see a reason why you shouldn't, but i am not complaining because i understand there has to be some sort of policy about it, also i am very happy with this thread and in general with unibet.....
