Ok, Unibet poker is F'ed up at the moment. I needed to re-login for 3 times while 1 tabling in less than an hour of play. I'm multitabling other site so most of the time I didn't notice until I thought about how long I didn't play a hand for and then I needed to re-login

Andrew, Playing 3 cash games. Disconnected 4 times in a short space of time. Obviously cannot play. Did not lose any monies. Gutted as i was actually hitting cards for a change. Can someone please update on here once there is a fix. Maybe of interest, No disconnection messages on tables just a log in on lobby. Lobby does not auto open up for the disconnect so no way of knowing until you have timed out. All i can conclude is no issues my end as everything else working fine.

+1. Played a UO satellite and some cash...took me ages to find out I got disconnected. No problems with ipoker and Stars at the same time...

getting constantly disconnected. just logged on and within 10 mins ive been discon 8 times. its unplayable at the minute.

don't know if its a design feature but I find having to log back in, while the tables are still on screen, a right pain. as my screen is normally full of tables I have to navigate back to the lobby page to constantly see the white log in banner. maybe wouldn't be so bad if the client was able to actually remember username and that.

ive went months without any trouble and now since the milestones hands promo was introduced the disconnect issues im having are becoming more and more frequent.

Yeah, I agree it was hard to see when you were disconnect. Bring the lobby to the front when this happens somehow, that would make it a lot better.

I think it is very much widespread. Didn't play today yet (and perhaps I shouldn't according to latest reports), but when lag and discs occurred last night, it was happening to half of players at the tables at the same time, regardless cash or tourney.

It is very bad indeed, especially these days when you are supposed to have higher traffic overall.

Also, what is the thing about client working better and require less CPU when lobby is opened ?
I mean, on a computer that runs 3D games with 1000x more intensive graphics than Unibet, UB client doesnt work properly and game works at 60 FPS ? what the hell, you should prioritize things like this.

But i already pointed that earlier, in my case the client is more fluid when lobby is opened but the CPU usage goes up to 50% which is just wrong for such a simple application.

P.S.
it seems that everything is down ATM and people (who are still online) are sitting out. really a disaster.

I think many players are affected, including myself. But not every players know this forum.

Obviously this is a big problem. We're working on fixing it. It's due to problems at our ISP (or someone further down the line, I'm not too clear on it). It's not due to the milestones promo or anything from our side, but that doesn't make the problem go away. Hopefully it'll be fixed in the near future.

You should stop ALL tourneys man till this is fixed. Half table sitting out. Other randomly disconnect or time-out. And other times is going fast forwards 2 hands and I cant even play those hands.

Luckily for me it is only a 1 euro tourney for the mission play 3 tourneys in a row. but this is messed up stuff man !

EDIT: And disconnected again LOL
EDIT: THe one with the best connection will win this tourney
EDIT: OMG AA in bigblind... dont disconnect :S...... I auto-check preflop. FLOP gets checked through and it gets fast forward to ther turn (without possiblility of taking any action) and i can make a minbet just in time. River everything is "normal" again and i have time to bet 3/4 pot.

Disconnects all the time, technical error while logging in again, don't know how many SNGs I lost because of this...

One example: €10 HUSNG (JohanCruyff vs. U_f_o_n_e) with Hand #98361948

can't even log into the client right now, tried 4 times and it just reads "technical error, please try again later"

this is the 2nd day of grinding i'm missing out on, starting to actually cost me money as i can't grind out any rake for rake races and put in any volume at all.

edit: finally logged, see how long it lasts.

I think you should take people from the waitlist for SNGs when they got disconnected or logged out. I was waiting for opponents when it happened again, so all tourneys started without me.

I am pretty sure the former is CPU lag. Have you tried changing the table widget to just show the multiplier? It should also work better if you do not minimise the lobby.
Yeah, tried those. It's not CPU, there is enough power there. However, it might be my wireless connection as the lag seems to be in control with cable (I haven't tried multi tabling yet though). But again, it worked just fine before the milestone thing even 6-tabling. I doubt that my connection would have gotten permanently worse starting the same day milestone began or the last update, not sure.

Same here, Technical error....was the same yesterday....the client was totally unplayable during the evening....got tired of it after getting disconnected about 10 times and had to stop playing....what is going on?

Is it the milestones that mess up the client?

That is true. I've been playing two 1eur 5man sng tables now and for some reason I got disconnected and now when I try log in again it just throws this error message: "technical error, please try again", so I cannot even continue my games

finally I got it to work, however, the play was continuing without me and so it was not very fair...

however, I am not sure what was the issue there

aaaaand it is the same again. cannot login... then again I could, but it was too late on both tables, as I got "eaten" by the blinds

Seems to work for me now, been playing 6 tables for about an hour no problems.

Noticed that at start of my session still lots of people were getting dc'd but at some point it was like they got kicked off the tables and all went ok from then on, finally.

How do you test that you have a 10x capacity? I am not convinced that number of players is not an issue. As a pro in the field I have seen alot, and the performance bottlenecks are not easy to spot. My guess is a max # of concurrent connections in a router - not necessarily one you control.

If you don´t already I would highly recommend loadtesting from the cloud (from various regions) with artificial clients pounding the backend.

I really like unibet poker, but the stability is meh. Please put features on hold and focus on performance and scalability.

Connection loss is to be expected on the Internet. Client really should recover from this behind the scene, with no user interaction. Today it freeze.

Seriously what is going on today? I was playing 3 tables of PLO 200 and I just keept getting disconnected after betting the flop again and again.

@UnibetAndrew i lost over 300 euros because of this and i'm very tilted because of this right now.

I agree with Heinze, you guys should really focus on stability now. There have been to many periods of sustained connectivity problems.

This probably is a big reason for people to go elsewhere for poker.

that's weird, even in cash games the same problem (odd disconnects) occurs and not only for me, but for other players as well. and yeah, it's not very nice when playing cash games or some cash tournaments. in my case, I only lost few euros, but when you lose 200-300 euros, that is a big deal indeed...
