The affiliate program only went live a couple days ago... so I haven't heard of anything big yet.

You might be able to find someone willing to give a few chips or something to sign up with them. Or they'd answer questions and help you get set up.

But for rakeback and stuff you don't get from affiliates... everyone just has to move up in rakeback % from the krill system on the site itself.

Is it ok to make a new account through an affiliate, if you don't use the old one anymore?

Not 100% sure, but I think so.

In general you are allowed to create new accounts as long as you aren't using more than one at the same time.

The only rule I know for sure with affiliates was that you can't create new accounts under you own affiliate code.

Software updated this morning and now I can't log in. The log in button just does nothing, my info is in there and I click login and nothing happens.

Seems like there's roughly half the usual number of players online so I'm guessing I'm not the only one.

At the end of the recent update, a window came up that said something like "The system must be restarted for the changes to take effect. Restart Now or Restart Later". I clicked Restart Now, and can't login.

Every time I do an upgrade or am requested to do one I receive inet_e_downlopad-failure. I have asked them for a fix and been told they are working to resolve this issue. There are tons of upgrades its annoying having to uninstall and reinstall but that is the only fix I am aware of. Has something to do with smart windows not allowing and blocking the program clueless as where I would go to lower security settings.

They said on twitter that the problem affected about 30% of people for some reason after the update.

Just updated and it worked here, 125 online.

Is there an email for support for the new swcpoker.eu? I downloaded the client today and entered my info to open an account but nothing happened when I hit submit. When I clicked on the help tab and CONTACT US, it took me to a 404 type page.

I'm not sure if you get a confirmation email after you create an account.

Were you able to get in?

Yup. Just glitchy software I guess.

Yeah, there was a problem that temporarily affected some people at the time when you tried to sign up. The fix at that time would have been going to Help -> Force Reconnect

Since then it looks like they've updated and fixed that problem though.

And in the future, if anything goes wrong with the site and costs you chips just send an email to support and they will get you paid back.

They don't acknowledge new accounts. Once you register and can log in with your password, the account exists. Then, of course, you need to deposit or get a transfer from another player.

anyone else have the client freeze up on them intermittently? otherwise the UI and interactions are really good, probably 2nd best to PS/FTP imo.

Was just playing cash tables that closed abruptly with live action. Not sure exactly how much I had in play (200 chips?) but wasn't credited back. Anyone else experience this?
