Streaming to friends and collusion

Hi,
Let's say a friend wants to sweat my action during a poker tournament and I decide to stream it. Is it against the rules to discuss hands while they play out?
I've read the terms and conditions on pokerstars but I can't figure out for sure if the situation I just described would be illegal or not.
I know that twitch streamers basically do this but they use delays for their own protection and maybe as a way to evade collusion?
I mean if my friend is a pro that suggests a certain play and in hindsight it turns out that his suggested play has more EV than the play I initially wanted to execute, would it count as cheating if I execute his play?
If anyone can help to clear up my confusion I would appreciate it!

Ghosting is totally allowed and recommended actually by stars. Go for it and glgl.
