There was a bug in beta where even if you enabled 4-colour deck and saved it would show as unticked the next time you opened the client. The setting still applies and 4-colour worked

In beta I got a fee because the transaction was done in € not £. You can probably get around it by using MuchBetter/Skrill/Neteller

Player notes last up to 4 hours after that specific player leaves the table. If that player rejoins the same table within 4 hours, your notes and marking will stay on that player.

software is quite nice but it´s somehow much more draining to the eyes than the stars software. hopefully you´re going to add some full colored cards soon, that might help a bit.

I use and recommend Transferwise. You will save a ton on the exchange rates, theirs are the best around that match what you see on Google. Also on transfer fees as they don't charge any.

Get their debit card for faster deposits, although for withdrawals you'll have to withdraw to the EUR bank account they will provide(takes about a day after site's approval). Then convert to you currency at the best possible rate and send it to your bank. I saved a ton compared to Skrill etc.

This works for GDB, EUR, USD and many other currencies. I also use it on Stars to convert to USD and back. Also when traveling.

I changed to flat cards while playing, and the client crashed. Could potentially be an issue - restarted, works fine so far.

Maybe i am just not finding it but:

Are there auto-tiling?
Are there ability to make tables small? (Size of smallest size on other rooms like stars ect.)

We don't have this in yet. It's in the Known Issues section I linked prior: https://help.runitonce.eu/kb/known-issues-beta/

I highly recommend everyone read that before playing. It takes 2 minutes and may save you (and our support team) some headaches

Really impressed by the site, had a lot of fun playing my first session. Congrats to the RIO Team!

A lot of my feedback has already been mentioned but here are a few things id like to see.

-Table Replayer like Stars
-A limit between 20nl and 100nl - Seems like a pretty big jump from 20 to 100 for most players.
-More bet slider options - customised number of bb for preflop and % of pot for post
-A quicker way to see mucked cards after showdown instead of having to scroll through a raw hh and spotting them there. Maybe something like pt4 has where you can click 'Display last hand' and it will show the mucked cards above the player for a few seconds?

IMHO it would feel more natural, if board and hole cards match in size - flat view that is.

Any chance there can be some text with what hand you have?

I am relatively amateur at PLO and misread my hands all the time. I think casual players like myself would appreciate being told what our hand is after flops/turns/rivers etc

Yep

My AKQJ double suit on PLO200 and it goes.... I assume the money I have in the post is lost and obviously wont get to rerun that hand zzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Will be withdrawing once I get logged back in. Can't play on a site that can just crash midhand like that. Will maybe give it another go in the future. Maybe

Got my money back but thats not really satisfactory when I was almost certainly about to win a nice pot
