Any updates about this poker site? What are the future plans to attract more players (and not just pokerstars regs) as traffic is really low.

I think the software is pretty decent and I like the anonymity. Just needs some more background design options and a better or bigger font for the money amounts on the table as its a bit cluttered with the chips just behind it.

just curious...

are you one of those self serving regs who just want to jump in when there's fish or are you one of the few players who are playing and trying to create action?

it's a chicken n egg problem. if everyone refuses to play until there's high traffic, it's never going to take off.

I played liked 1-2k hands of NLH there so far. It was always a nice mix of (maybe) regs and recs. I would still say that the software is not running as smooth as Stars and i wonder why that is. So far no poker site that i´ve tried can compare to the smoothness of Stars software IMO.
What they could also improve on RIO is that when u change table size it is capped regarding the minimum size and often i would like to make the table window smaller than that.

I just came back from a 3y break and play on Unibet where it is also anon which I like. RiO has something to it and seems action picked up a bit and I do start tables if needed but I don’t play a massive volume either way as have a full time job. It’s just that I started at 4nl on RIO and it’s pretty aggro compared to Unibet so that’s why i said it could do with a bit more rec players as don’t see how a site can grow if it’s full off aggro regs, nobody would want to play in such a pool imo.

Been playing there a month, and have seen enough shoddy play at $4 and $20 to be satisfied it’s not all regs.
I’m still getting my head round no HUD and anonymous, but if I just get on board with how they’ve set up RIO rather than boycott because it’s not exactly how I want it, I find I’m actually quite enjoying the experience! Like other posters my only gripe is it takes quite a bit longer than stars to get a seat. Overall, I’d rather play RIO than stars right now.

There is not so much.

But right now 6 entries an yesterday eve i saw also 6 entries.

I would recommend to install the software, then you can take a look by your own and you can jump in the pool whenever you see the needed traffic

Anyone got advice on how to correctly import/view hand histories from RIO in PT4? I've imported them 'successfully' but there's about 1000 different aliases so can't easily view my overall results because of semi anonymous feature.

Anyone successfully solved this?

I hope this site fail. Annonymous tables is stupid and even the owner knows this, that is why he plays vs screenames.

imagine this: phil galfond has 4 or 5 guys in his challenge. What if Phil sit to play vs them without know their screename ? just random guys. hehe not going to happen. why not ?

because it is bad for the people who is playing !! for the guy who is winning the rake that is good but is terrible for those who play.

I love Phil Galfond but this idea is pretty bad for poker in general.

This is fantastic so far, for past few days I've been monitoring the games and traffic has increased by quite a bit.

Plo10 over 100 entries consistently

Plo 50 has around 50-60 entries and is consistent

NL 20, 40 -60 entries
NL 4, 40-60 entries

My question to Phil and team, can you do anything to get plo20 running? Perhaps add some incentive to get that game running!

Otherwise good job and keep improving.

Perhaps a plo 20 rake race, might bring people to start playing!

I don't drop down because I'm a fair guy, I don't want to crush those noobs. Also it's just not enough money for me personally.

Yup noticed it, but the player pool at plo20 doesn't go over 30 and only reaches 20ish during EU evening times, while both the other stakes are pretty much all day now, also both plo10 and plo50 are like 60+ and sometimes over 100. Would love to see plo20 take off and have stability with at least 60 in the pool.
