I've built Rebluff Poker, an offshore poker site dedicated to loose aggressive and high variance no limit holdem. Rebluff Poker is all about making NLH fun again (remember how things were in 2007?), especially cash games which nowdays are way too passive and boring (at least to us). Rebluff Poker implements a feature we've called Action Guaranteed. It goes as follow: every player at the table has to bet or raise to some extent during the course of the game or has to pay additionnal antes (up to 5BB for a multi passive recidivist). For a decently aggressive player, it makes no difference, just enjoy the action.

We have SNGs as well, although they function more like "cash game tournaments" since the blind structure is less pressing than usual (Action Guaranteed, which you control, making the rest).

Rebluff Poker is particularly enjoyable for beginners because the action is more erratic, fun and sensational. You'll also have a good chance to win since the maths are less obvious for your opponents and the spots more polarized. In other words: the psychological aspect of the game is more pronounced which goes to your advantage.

So how long you think the games gonna be good when army of 2+2 regs appear and call bunch of friends to join? Makes no sense to create a site for the recs and then advertise it here. Well the obv one you need traffic. And the required ammount to raise is it number of raises in like hour or what? You just raise few times and just wait for the nuts and stack the recs? And is there a reason why it's not open 24/7? Allso why on a sunday? Isn't friday or saturday better? How is the rake structure? Licence?

How do you think you'll ever get casuals to play without a simple way to deposit through real money?

Open only on sundays when almost everybody who has time to play plays mtt's on various other sites. Great idea.

Per hand, on average. The amount is somewhere above 2.5BB capped at 3x the pot (atm). The capping is certainly what makes a player keep betting.

1. We are not launching Rebluff Poker for real money after all, we can't do that. Instead we will be swapping virtual items, it's not as great but it still pretty good I think.

And 2) Rebluff's tables run around 40-80 hands per hour on average, unlike the other online poker rooms which generally runs 100+ hands per hour - it's due to the fact that the pots are bigger on Rebluff so players think longer".

3) its not a change but a commitment: if you cant play responsibly, we'll ban you from the game for your own good. Rebluff is about innovation and fun, not about exploiting people's weaknesses.

Now that is an interesting (and fair) remark. Let me humbly give you a life tip: you know there is no scam when there is genuine innovation because why would one scam when one can achieve more with innovation. The scam however is Passive Poker. Passive poker is stealing dozens of millions each year from beginners based on the lie they are gonna play poker when in fact they play a simple deterministic wagering game.
