I'm having the same issues. They told me to use a VPN to access their website to upgrade for PC. I run a fairly large club and this is starting to worry me a bit. Many casual PC players are not going to know how or want to figure out using a VPN. They are going to directly lose business because of this and they should know that. I've told them personally that I am considering moving to a different site because of these recent hassles. It's also become a burden to pay them for diamonds, as they want me to use a VPN for that as well. Does anyone think that they've been told to cease operations in the US by the feds or something like that?

Yeah, I'll cash out rather than have to pay for a VPN to access PPPoker. Their loss. I multi-table almost every evening the highest limits in my club.

I did get a response from PPPoker. They wanted my user ID and country of origin. That's it, no recommendations or solutions.

Now how in the hell is that going to resolve the issue?

I believe they want to see how much I play and is it worth it for them to not have me playing vs fixing the problem.

Here is PPPoker's response: "The PPPoker official website is no longer available in your region. Unfortunately, the PC download link for Windows Client can only be accessed on our website."

You should be able to get your agent/club owner to send you a PC download link. Alternatively just use a VPN one time to download it.

Curious about cash out times offered by PPP agents/clubs. I did a small cash-out in a club I recently joined and they said they'd send in 3-4 hours. Is that unusual or a standard practice in some clubs?

Cash out are always done by agents so it depends.I had and agent who keep forgetting and often it would take a week to have a cashout after reminding him for a few weeks.People usually pay in 24h or less.Current agent always pays in 1 hour or less.

I would be out of that club so fast. A week? His literal job is to pay out when you request!

Cashouts are sometimes processed by the club, it depends how the player joins and what the set-up at the club is.

Also 1 week is ridiculous and super sketchy. 24h is the max I'd be comfortable with, even for larger amounts most agents/clubs should be able to do that easily. Most withdrawals are within a couple hours and a lot done on the spot.

Rake is different per club/union. I believe the highest it can be set is 5% 3BB Cap but could be wrong as haven't checked in a while.

As far as I read, the rakeback at PP is 10-50%, and from winnings the house takes 0-15%, and the agent 0-15%, from non-lifetime winnings.

The 3bb (or less) cap helps a ton at PLO, while NLH might be fine with 3% rake, that might be similar at PLO, either way, but I don't know, some cap and loose game dependent, but the cap with 100bb stacks is then 6bb (only).

PP has a PC version also (and maybe a gray area HUD use, other than their own, so one should be able to get the HHs if ready to go the distance and allowed, and the converter figures to be needed, or maybe you can ask your HHs? Maybe not). Says PP has tons of PLO action, even more than NLH action.

KK (same owners as far as I read, licensed, not for regulated countries (you may not see their site even on a search engine then?), no agent, 30-40% rakeback, the same house HUD possibility, only half the colour codes offered and with a phone hard to separate close colours) does not at least yet offer PC, and regularly no other PLO action than PLO5C, or what you build yourself (the same rake, that's not low then).

At KK, I saw a 1c/2c NLH with 4 tight players and two a bit looser (pros?). PLO games tend to be better anywhere (not sure about the zooms, but they removed the offerings of that at KK as no action?).

This is not great rake,specially when there is additional 1bb for bad beat jackpot.But with 40% rb and softer games its ok.

Whilst I find the BBJ annoying, the rake for the BBJ essentially just gets sent back to the players who win the jackpot so isn't really an additional 1BB just more variance.

Does anyone know how to get the audio messages from the chat? I can see that recordings have been made but there is no sound when it looks like they are being played.

Only when you play on phone.

Till the club gets shut down and the owners pocket the balance.
Which already happened before in a lot of clubs when they moved from ppp to bros.
