I am trying to withdraw some funds using the MuchBetter app. However, it forces me to go through conversion from CAD to USD. It does not make sense as my MuchBetter app is in CAD and my PS ON account is in CAD as well. Why would it force us to convert CAD to USD and pay an extremely unfavourable rate?
In addition, PokerStars communicated that I wouldn't be able to use any other withdrawal method unless I "ban" the MuchBetter account, which will never allow me to use it for deposit/withdrawal purposes. I hesitate to make that decision as Canadian banks are notorious for not allowing to deposit money to the "gambling" platforms. I am simply afraid that I won't be able to deposit money to Stars using the Direct Bank account at some point and not have a chance to return to MuchBetter.

I am considering "banning" the MuchBetter app to avoid paying the conversion fees; however, could anyone please share their thoughts/experience?
