PokerOK is the client version of GGPoker in russian speaking countries.

Hello everyone, unfortunately my poker account was hacked somehow on 10/08/2022 at 03:57 am, I found out only later thanks to the admin of the pokerchanger site, where the scammer tried to exchange my funds from him, but he realized that it was a scammer and prevent the exchange.
I also had an additional password for withdrawing funds, which he could not break and then poured money on cash tables or chipdumped it to another player in this way.

Regarding the hack:

I have no idea how the hacking happened, since I had an additional 2fa protection at the entrance to a different ip, if in the event of an entrance any other ip would be used than my permanent login, then I always received an SMS with a confirmation code for entering, such it didn't happen for some reason.

The same protection is on my e-mail.

My actions:

After I realized that my account was hacked, it was only on the afternoon of 10/09/2022, since before that I just rested and did not go into the client, they wrote to me when I entered the client that the type was incorrect. I think WTF?!

I'm trying to reset my password, but it doesn't work either. At the same time, I’m trying to recover the password to my phone number, which for some reason remained the same as it was linked, no code came at all for some reason I don’t understand?!

I began to correspond for a long time with the poker support by e-mail, and only today, after a day and a half, they were able to restore access to me, when the funds had already been lost at the cash tables.

I wrote down the situation to them in detail and added screenshots of the balance before the hack and after the hack with a request to return at least some part of the funds, for which I received the following response from their support:

"We are not responsible for access to your account by any third party, and under no circumstances are we responsible for damages incurred by you due to the misuse of your password by another person, as well as for unauthorized access to your account."

To which I replied, ok, how does your security department and security system work, if even with your 2fa protection system, a hacker / fraudster can hack access to my account and lose my funds?

I still haven't received an answer to this.

I am making this situation public so that everyone can draw their own conclusions about this Pokerok , GGPOKER and how “safe” it is to play there and for your balance.

I am also attaching the photos of balance here before hack and after the hack and the response from PokerOk.

Thanks, but I think you got a RAT on your computer... A good RAT (Remote administration tool) can use your own IP address.

I would reinstall Windows and never download cracked software because it's infected most of the time.
