My comment wasn't directed at you. Just everyone in general that have big negative claims against any online platform, we just happen to be discussing it here in the pokerbros thread. It is easy to say that something is rigged, but proof is needed to substantiate a claim.

I mean, I could easily say the only reason I lose at poker in the casino is because the shufflemaster deck mates are programmed to increase action so the house gets max rake every hand and that can hold as much weight as someone saying that ANY online poker platform is rigged. As long as online poker has been around, I would think that some lawyer poker player would have busted a bogus rng by now for millions if not more.

Collusion is an issue everywhere, even in live poker. But I can promise that these platforms want colluders gone just as bad as the players do, so they put a lot of effort into removing and preventing them. If anyone has a surefire way to eliminate them, I am certain that any app/site developers would compensate you well for the idea

Agree but colluding on this app is literally the easiest thing in the world.
Get a computer, drop it off at a buddies house. Log on google Remote Desktop, use an emulator, hop on 6 card PLO and now you have 12 cards.

Or just have a buddy play as well. I mean it’s literally too easy. As long as you aren’t completely obvious , it’s virtually undetectable. I’ve seen it so much but people have gotten better.

Just warning others. You can’t compare colluding live vs an app. It’s night and day. I’ve personally seen what I mentioned above w 3 emulators so a guy had half the table playing. No it wasn’t me, but I wouldn’t care if it was. I stopped playing here all together.

You have that risk on every app but lately apps became alot more determined to combat this behaviour. Some apps now i consider virtually free of colluders and on pokerbros the results i have seen doesnt point to any serious collusion either (obviously also will depend on clubs)

Hi, I am a new member, but I have played poker professionally for about ten years. I want to describe a situation that took place on one of clubs from MVP union (first operated on PPPoker, now on Pokerbros). Club's name is GOLDSTARS.

About a year ago, the agent from GOLDSTARS asked me if I would like to play in the club. He said that games ware really juicy and gave 20% rakeback. I decided to try, and it was true. There were soft games with mostly recreational players. I grinded a lot of PLO 4card and 5card there on stakes 2$/4$ up to 5$/10$. I made a good profit and raked massively. So after realized I won so much, they told me that if I want still playing I have to give them 25% cut from future winnings. Games was good enough, so I have agreed.

Obviously, the dark side of the story began when I tried to get my money. I should make regular withdrawals and not keep big money on such insecure site, but it was my first app, and I guess I was unexperienced. Since I am from Europe, and I was going for WSOP to Vegas we agreed with my agent that I would take most of the money in cash during the series. And then the problem started. I got much less than I was expecting, and during all the festival I was asking about the rest of my funds, but I have always heard a response that they have some problems: couldn't make a withdrawal or had to pay other players etc. So instead of returning from US with money I got only a strong fear about losing my profit.

In August we established that the rest of the funds would be withdrawal by BTC. Every day I asked about money, and have been told that thay gonna send it tomorrow or excuses like "we can't send BTC because we have just bought it and it's the rule that we have to wait six days before we can send it". Finally, they send some small amount, but I demanded the rest of the funds.

In September, my agent told me that they had serious issues with collecting money from some guy who lost a lot. He also admitted that owners of the club keep founds and froze it. Later he told me that one of them needed money for his construction company, and he spend all of the club's funds. At that point he opened an account in different club in the same union and advised me to lose money to him piece by a piece. Then he will make withdrawal in other club and send it to me. Again, he sent me some very small part of my money, and owners of the other club blocked his account and asked him to stop doing it. Which is reasonable of course - they had no reason to be involved.


In December, my agent told me that both owners of GOLDSTARS were manipulated him. They just want to keep money for themselves. He decided to left and started working for another club. At the same time, GOLDSTARS moved from PPP to Pokerbross. In January I have warned owners of GOLDSTARS that if I wouldn't got my money back, I would publish all the story. They have told me that thay can't send it all now but promised that I will get all the money in small parts. But as always I didn't got a single $ by next weeks. In February, one of owners promised that I would get 5k until Friday and another 5k next week. Again, I got nothing so I finally decided to start publishing.

Now they own me 53740$. It's really disgusting that they earned so much on my rake, also took 25% cut from winnings and still want to steal the rest. I decided to post here and some other poker forums.

Is there anyone here who was scammed by this club? Anyone who knows something more or can help in some way?

Trackers are supported and they "create" HHs. I dont think the app itself will give you HHs

Is this a standalone club or is it in a union? If you would like to pm me with the pokerbros club code so I can do some digging, I would be happy to do that for you. I had an agent from Goldstars approach me last month also. If you can’t pm me, I guess posting it here would be ok, would just hate for someone to apply to the club. Lol.

What are the specifics on the minimum vpip games? If you go below the minimum vpip threshold and get kicked off your table can you just wait and then rejoin the table?

If so you could effectively play a way superior range than everyone else. Although your hands per hour would be dismal.

Of collusion? If so, it’s in EVERY major union. Plo tables are the worst. 5/6 card plo? Forget about it. 2-3 guys per table working together. Stay away.

Haven’t seen it too bad in NL and regular plo under .50-$1

If you guys feel like you are seeing collusion, you need to be taking screenshots of hands and user id numbers and running it up the ladder to the club owner so they can do the same by passing it on to security.

Proof, and user ID numbers are the most important thing. No one can act on your suspicions if you don’t have info for the security team to search. Same goes for being scammed, user id numbers and screenshots of proof are needed to be able to handle things.

You can not rejoin a vpip table after being booted until the table expires.

PPpokers new update is supposed to automatically kick and ban players for obvious collusion. Not sure what games it works for. Probably be on Pokerbros in the next month.

Did you forget to tell everyone about you’re multiple accounts playing on the same IP? CHEATERS don’t deserve to get paid!
