So I made an account to advise on a situation in RGS union. There is at least one player playing the highest of plo stakes multi accounting to rathole the 2 hour rathole timer. I know three of his account names. They are znapcall, margaux, rodletapin.

I advised my agent of this a week ago and he kicked it up to the club owner of the club Fear The River. He then supposedly told some heads of the RGS union and their official stance at the time was basically they didn’t care. They told me they would talk to the agent and club and tell them not to continue doing this. I played again a week later and he was once again doing the same thing. I advised again but was told oh well and tough **** basically. Then they basically told me to multi account and rathole myself. Giving me permission to basically cheat.

The club name of the cheating rat holing player is called hefty lefty.

If they don’t care/unable to detect things this simple how could they possibly do anything about collusion and bots. This is basically a joke. I would advise anyone to not play any high stakes plo on this app especially the RGS union. They openly condone and encourage cheating.

I just want to clarify that in the post above I said multi accounting. I mean he was using multiple accounts to rathole the same tavles over and over effectively dodging the two hour rathole timer.

I’m not aware of the player having multiple accounts on the same table at the same time. Just wanted to clarify.

You would have to find an agent for some of the Brazilian, European, or Asian clubs on PPPoker, and Upoker. ClubbGG and Pokerrr2 have no Unions the size of Diamond and PanAm.

I've also heard that Suprema has some large unions as well. The Unions that have large player bases originate in South America, so you will be playing in what currency the Unions country originates from. Most of the latter being Brazilian.

I have a low 5 figure with an agent at diamond, Paradise and rgs Union Clubs. He doesn't do payouts for three months now. And there is speculation that he might have exit scammed.

What is the best way to proceed in this situation. Can i contact the unions and get paid this way. Who would i need to contact?

I would say go public about it. You can try to contact the clubs but it´s probably too late now and the truth is usually they can´t do anything

Unions will not help you as those money are long gone.

Definitely go public about it if he is public at social media, at least for me it has helped in the past to collect some debt.
These so called "agents" put bad stain on the apps, these days everybody wants to collect rake, but not everybody are responsible for money or put up to their guarantees when they get scammed.

If so, I think I know the suspected agent. By that I mean I'm a member of said Discord group and have talked, privately, with several members who all say they've been scammed by said agent. Said agent also has (had) a good reputation on 2+2, but hasn't posted on 2+2 since 08/16/23 and hasn't posted in his Discord group since 08/21/23, due to these allegations coming to light.
