I'm very aware of how this post is going to sound, but I.m posting anyway. I am a recreational PLO player. I've gone through all sorts of swings in casinos and home games. I've definitely won many, many more sessions than I've lost, but I have the typical issue of not being able to quit when losing and am therefore a losing player overall. It's fine - no issue with any of this.

I've been playing around on PokerBros in the Big Chip Poker club. I've played mostly the 70% VPIP tables (0.50/1.0 and 1/2), but recently tried the standard 1/2 and 2/4 tables.

I *thought* PokerBros was going to have more recreational players than other online sites, but am I correct that these games are filled with standard online pros? I find it incredibly hard to win. The 70% VPIP tables are obviously crazy and it really seems to just be the case of who is running hot on any given day. The regular tables weren't intimidating or anything, but I found that it's incredibly hard to ever get paid off when I hit a big hand, so I would mostly just win/lose a few bucks per hand for hours. When I finally did get it in and either lost a flip or got hit by variance, it feels like it's going to take forever to make up the losses, given how hard it is to get paid off.

What I really want is just some confirmation that these games really are that tough. Anyone here play these PLO games and have some thoughts to share? I'm headed to Vegas in a few days where I have a good track record of winning at 1/2 and 5/5 PLO, but I'm feeling deflated at the moment.

Not a ton of winning players at the 70% vpip table, you guys kinda all lose it to each other as you play 3/4 of the hands youre dealt

You need LD Player Android emulator. Some clubs do not allow emulator usage.

Anyone play in RGS union? I don't understand the lists sometimes. 2 seemingly big whales at a 2/4 game 4 handed with no list for a long time, but 2-4 player list on a game with one fish whos not big whale and 5 regs. Are regs concerned about collusion on the former game or something?

I do play there and was never to concerned about collusion ( not naive to think it has never happened ) , but you almost never see the face up collusion that was going on pokermaster. When I spot such a game, I am snap taking the seat and only second guessing if I have 2 players marked as "suspicious" or "colluder threat"

Deals are not allowed to be posted publicly, but PM me for the best deal. And yes to the second question as well; PM me about that too

You could say I'm biased (and that would be fair), but PokerBros security is quite good at catching and banning colluders. Variance comes in many forms, and that includes game quality and efficiency.

About Diamond Union....be careful with too good offers. They often end up in a bad way, if you know what I mean. There is endless rat-race for club to find balance and avoid too high winnings. I was in huge raking club, which was removed because " it was not losing enough "

I play on all apps since day 1 , this is my favorite online poker model. Always trusted reputable agents and affiliates over random guys giving high deals.

Also there are some unknown unions I play on, which I never heard people offering it. This is all because I trust the same guys to give me deals, instead of jumping to the slightly bigger rb deal, which is not secure and given by unprofessional guys, who want a quick buck.

TLDR - find reputable poker agent.

there is def some truth for what you wrote here
however , I don't blame people for trying to get a good/better deal since there are some trusted/well known affiliates out there who offer 20-25% for Diamond wich is very low imo
there are still some russians who play with 10% tax and 20% rb ... so I guess they can compete if the market allows it

Winning clubs are often removed from unions on the apps. That's not really a negative thing on Diamond union. They have like 70-80+ clubs in that union. There are clubs being removed every 2nd week in there for not raking enough or just being regs and winning too much etc.

But yes reliability in an agent is more important than those who undercut and try to promise the world I have found.

Looking to switch Unions on PB. Currently in the POD Union. Anyone have any direct openings in a large union (no agent). Looking to join ASAP. Have a successful club running over a year and a half now.
