PartyPoker discriminate players using the Swedish poker client by not allowing to download the HandHistories that other players can!

I’m aware the HHs are anonymous, HUDs are banned etc, which I’m 100% OK with. However it’s still a significant unfair disadvantage compared to other players! It’s very important to be able to analyze your own game in hindsight, as well as keeping track of your long term results. Also, over all player pool tendencies can be analyzed without nick names still, which clearly gives an unfair disadvantage for anyone not given access to the HHs. The point is that everyone in the player pool should have the same conditions!

Also, since it’s available for clients outside of Sweden, it’s gotta be a very easy implementation!

Does party give an explanation? Compliance with Swedish law maybe? What does it say when you try to download your HHs?

This is a regulation issue right? So you should post this to your local newspaper instead.

It’s not a regulation issue. Should have mentioned that in OP. Other sites that are under the Swedish license does provide HHs.

In fact, I think the are even forced to to provide you with some sort of data on your results and how much time you have spent playing. As far as I know none of that is available.

They don’t give any reasonable explanation. I got something like “Poker is only meant to be for recreational purposes and not to make money”.

It’s not possible to even try downloading, because PartyPoker has taken away the “MyGame” from the Swedish client.

Lolled pretty hard. I mean poker isn't anywhere near recreational game like slots and even sportsbetting. Imagine saying that to the party pros yeah you can't dl your hands anymore and stop making money from the game.

Well that sucks then was sure that was regulation so apologies for that. Gues you need to play other sites if you can.
