IceQueen - you were banned from the UK forum by the moderator before your post was received regarding the WPT closure - you received an answer via PM regarding that topic - it did not need to be addressed on the main board hence why it was not posted - the forum was focused on the Grand Prix event and posts were restricted to that topic for a period of time.

Regarding FF Promo I am unaware of any plans next month for a ff specific promotion

Hummmm... 888 has just significantly upgraded their loyalty system with better rakeback bonuses, while Party has sunk their own and WPT has basically bankrupted all rakeback value... Jeez Party, I know you are selling and all, but stay with the competition at least...

Erm, I don't know what you have been told but this is most certainly NOT true.

I was not banned, I was able to post freely. I made the post, which didn't go live. It was left pending and then I was removed from group and now it is even hidden from me. And I have received no pm either.
I contacted you after Lessu suggested it and you said you would look into it.

Previous to contacting you, I mailed party support who gave me an email to complain to, an email address that was 1) a DTD one and 2) broken.

I also have posted on the party poker forum and was told they would look into it but they haven't bothered to reply either.

Hi. Just got back from London last night. Had a great meeting with the Party guys and will write up a full report later.

I did have to sign an NDA but I can report most of the answers I got to the questions I had prepared beforehand.

Couple of things at least:

1. At least the WPT players that move their money to Party will get any fees they paid on the withdrawal issued back to their Party accounts.

2. No more screen name changes. This is now no longer possible even from their website.

3. Information about how exchange rates are being applied in different situations will go on the FAQ on their page. For example the rate for buying in and out of tables when your account currency is not USD is updated once a day from Oanda (the mid market rate).

4. Option to turn off MTT ads will become available in the next 2-4 weeks

So what screen name will we be forced to use now? The username we use to log in, or the screen name we would have previously being able to change?

Do you have a link or anything regarding the VIP changes at 888?

When you go in Reward Points and shop in store, you can find the new bonuses there. Platinum on 888 is now better rakeback than Palladium on Party... but it is ok, on Party Poker, devaluing our loyalty points is part of a bigger plan
