Hello, everyone! I have a problem with my PartyPoker account and I don't know if this is standard procedure.

I am a recreational player and I opened an account 2 months ago. I started with $50 from PokerStrategy which I eventually lost, and deposited other money since then. A few days ago I got 4th place in a $3 rebuy tournament for $250 and wanted to withdraw some of it. I received an email saying that my request was pending review (which seemed fine since it is my first withdrawal request). Next day my account was locked and I received an email asking for identification documents. I sent them, but haven't received any reply for the last couple of days. How long does it usually take?

In the meantime I have tried to contact Party Poker by live chat, but I got some errors on internet explorer and firefox, tried chrome and waited for more than an hour yesterday (started in position 3) then the connection stopped (it said something that the server might me restarting), and today I left it open for the last 4 hours, I am in position 1 since the beginning and still nothing (it refreshes every 10 second or something). Am I doing something wrong?

What I don't understand is: why is my account locked? I understand that they may need time to check my documents, but why can't I play during this?

are the cities in c1, c2 and c4 equally rare? i've got one c3 (mexiko) and i'm missing the c4 city

btw i won 20+3$ cash in my first five cities and only 2$ in the next 100+

Party messed up big time on this one, especially with the timing (lots of Full Tilt players looking for a new home). I can't be the only one that would otherwise be playing there but find this promotion too tilting. Not just the fact you can't win, the fact they've continually lied when we're supposed to believe that it's only those connected to poker forums that are unlucky when it comes to column 3.

Word of advice to Party....I basically never bother with your promos, because you guys make up way too many rules for the general public. If I can't figure out how a promo works within 2 minutes of reading it....chances are, I won't read any of it.

Yep even I got Tijuana, have only raked $800 over the whole promo after giving up on it. If you don't get grinding and complete a country after luckboxing a c3, pretty poor effort
