Why did the Click & Go disappear right before we should have gotten a prize ?

this week I received 75 points from one scratch card but now I see that I have 3 Points deduction in my point statement each 25 points (3rd, 7th and 8th March) Can you explain it please? :-)

I just went over to stars, just to compare the loyalty programs. I discovered that my 1000 points over there are worth $10 instant cash, and I am at bronze level since I left there a few months ago to focus on party. So I cashed it in and the money was placed directly in my account.

I remember the one time I opted into a "bonus" on party only to discover I had to clear it. Kinda felt like I was paying for it via rake, even though they were the points I earned.

Party should stop trying to reinvent the loyalty landscape and just copy you know who.

Everything I said could be wrong, I am just surmising, but you should be able to determine if your missing points line up with the promo. Also, you should have been awarded the bonuses. Hopefully the party rep will answer, because I am wondering too.

Wondering how I got swept up in a promotion, and my points taken, even though I opted into nothing. I actually was watching this thread to find out the real deal with this new loyalty program.

I just received a free $33 ticket at Stars to a satellite to a $9 million tourney by depositing $100...not a bonus...not necessary to play hands to clear it...a ticket that I can use immediately just by depositing. That's a gift of 33% for doing nothing.

I play hundreds of dollars a week at Party and what do I get? Today's scratch card was an $8 casino bonus which I will never use. I'm a tournament player. Why in **** am I receiving a casino coupon? Needless to say I don't play at Party because of their promotions.

Well I've stopped complaining about bugs or asking for new software features. Party doesn't listen. Until they switch the person who is responsible for the poker side decisions, it's pointless to complain as it's just Colette/CS gathering the info and after that it goes to some drawer and is never talked about again.

All we can do is to make the best of what's available.

It's 9MILLION. But if you log in to Stars you'll either see it advertised immediately or can go to Cashier -> Bonus History and if it's available to you it'll be mentioned on that screen (you may have to scroll down). It's not available immediately after a withdrawal.

It's most of the people who post regularly in this thread. Not really sure what point you're trying to make: do you think the only clear indication of customer dissatisfaction would be if hundreds of new posters appeared in the thread just to say that one thing? There have been a few, but in any event all we need to look at is the proportion of (generally loyal) customers in this thread who're unhappy. It seems to be a majority.

I wasn't making particulary any specific point.

That said, let us assume its say, 50 posters here that are posting regulary to complain.
How many players on the site? I would say that even if it were 500 here, that would still be a small percentage.

I am a member of another site, and it would appear the majority there that play on party are very happy with the site.

But if you just read this thread, it would appear everyone hates party.

What I am getting at is, this is a small % of the playerbase (and it would stand to reason I guess that the most active players would also be the most active posters, as it is them who want to get the biggest edge).

I am not saying you guys are wrong, heck I am very vocal in complaints against party (imo, their customer service is 2nd worst I have seen, after 888).
But I continue to play here for one specific reason (its easier for low stake players than most sites and it is here I make my most 'profit).
