After 5 years of absence from poker, i wanted to get back to playing. I had lost my passwords, my email address from back then and my phone number that was registered.

I mailed this issue to both sites and neteller and asked them if they could either close my account so that i can make a new one, or help me access my existing account. The situation was equal for each of them and i simply copy pasted the same mail to them.

Neteller and Pokerstars were both solved the next day. Excellent support at both !

Party poker support failed to properly read my mail, told me to call me with the old phone. When i told them that was impossible and provided my new number that can only receive calls, no reaction, no email. I mailed them again about this. No reaction.

I have payed 10s of thousands of rake between 2005 and 2010 at party poker. They are a failure. Just wanted to inform you guys, because publicity is the only answer we have as customers to that kind of behaviour.

Try to PM Colette about this if you genuinely want it sorted. Don't expect much until Monday at the earliest though.

No hurry, playing on stars now. Would be nice though if some day in the future i want to check out party poker that it would at least be possible i guess.

New players are still registering to an mtt that is already frozen for 25 minutes.

It looks like the problem with frozen MTTs on Party is global at the moment.

gotta make those guarantees before cancelling...

Actually late registration ended 6 minutes ago and there are still registering.

$1,000 Rebuy Guaranteed (#114519802, buy-in $1) was frozen ans then it dissapeared from My Tournaments tab in the main lobby. Buy-in isn't refunded to my account.

You obv didn't check your data before making accusations...... Well I did and guess what? You have another tourney table opened instead of the 30k guaranteed.... Check the tourney id's......

Urgghh...I don't play on Party for a week as the software is so bad, then I log on and of course there is no update. Short session: two crashes plus no betting buttons. Pathetic. Off again and def not playing again until there is a software update, if at all.

There's a tournament going on pokerstars (started 13:30 EST) - $11 entry for $300k gtd. Could partypoker provide a game like that some time soon?

Chris - can you please have your respective department check NL Holdem play money tables like Ho Chi Minh, Tokyo, Chester? It appears that there is one individual with many FAKE accounts such as s1, s2, s3, s4, s5, s8 and s10 on table Tokyo who keeps blocking tables, which is obviously against partypoker's policy.

Can partypoker stop such individual's behaviours or is it true that he is the one who has hacked partypoker's software and partypoker can do nothing about him or his behaviours like this to protect other players (with REAL money accounts) enjoyment on your site? I've never seen such behaviours on other poker sites such as pokerstars...
