Is there a reason that nobody plays NL50 FastForward, just NL25- and NL100?

Also, why does nobody play NL200 FastForward? (This one doesn't even run)

so, my power just shut off cause fuse blew and when I turned it back on all my tables were gone. I don't get it, i have no clue why a fuse went and I have no clue why I was removed from every table in 5 minutes away. I can click off the power supply on my computer and it never removes me from tables unless i manually close it.

Had a similiar isssue. Had 4-tables of 100NL FF running and client freezes. On restart I was removed from all 4 tables.

i use to never get any glitches or crashes (MFC glitch), until the stupid holiday themed tables/player icons were introduced.

MFC crash costs all of us so much $ that it's comical. if the client crashes and you have to reopen and connect, you are likely to have been kicked off some of your tables for "sitting out/being inactive" while sitting in on other tables.

top notch software party!

I play under BWIN and my Software froze twice today...

I don't know how you expect people to really consider playing 400-1k when this happens and the support doesn't care and responds he never heard from that problem....

Seriously, are we really giving Partypoker (among the most incompetent of poker sites) carte-blanch to design a solution for seating scripts?? These are the same idiots who implemented (unannounced) player segregation and seem incapable of even releasing a stable software update. I also love their idea to announce $5 MTT's at midstakes tables, especially the ones which were bugged and got spammed 1000x and crashed everyone software and for days made the games unplayable. Yes, lets trust this team of geniuses.

This issue is extremely inconvenient for players that use the Goplay card as their default withdrawal method and I assume there are many that do as it's just a really good feature. To be honest I'm starting to be suspicious about the whole thing - it's been taking way too long and there's no real info on the subject. We've all been very generous to Party and we keep getting disappointed. I'm running out of patience.

It needs to be discussed before it is implemented.

I'd like to add that Colette beats every other prior 2+2 Party rep combined.
She can't do everything ... But she's clearly showing an effort well beyond all previous reps.

I won 4x100$ Tournament Tickets during 2014 which all have mysteriously "expired" on 22nd of december 2014 out of nowhere!

I have checked the expiry dates of these and all my tickets regurlary in december and the 100$ Tickets were still shown "valid until 2024" at the tickets page inside the client!

After noticing the deduction of these tickets I have contacted the support in the end of december and someone mentioned that there could have been kind of a display bug with the expiry date but there is nothing they can do now after the deduction!

Since then I stopped playing at partypoker because it really feels like a 400$ robbery! These Tickets shouldn't even have an expiry date and especially this date shouldn't be changed from 10 years to a few days/weeks without any notice! Why not converted them as Tournament Dollars?
This is a shame and inacceptable!

Sadly, this is the standard way of Partypoker handling customer service for "unconnected" (readeople who they think don't have any forum/social media visibility, or people who contact them rarely).

They'd rather take the quick win of $400 instead of being fair or trying to make the customer happy.

This is especially true for the first reply you will receive from Partypoker customer service (especially the non VIP).

Their hope is (for whatever they think their justification is) that you will drop the issue and keep playing on their site even though you just took it up in the ass from them.

You should PM Party_Rep Colette here about your dissatisfactory customer service experience. I'm sure she will recredit the tickets for you and maybe even something extra is warranted for the hassle.

If you can, also post your email and Partypoker's reply here for everyone to see how Partypoker treat their customers.

First of all, many thanks to Colette who seems to be the only one who struggles to solve out this issues.

I personally don't think there's any bug there while only $100 & $200 tickets seem to be taken away from players. Saying that, its all (might) have to do with Major MTTs like the $200K GTD Sunday where, too often, the total of entries doesn't match the prize poll, leading PP to a lose.

If that's the case, then, this looks like a sameless robbery covered by a bad CS support full of lies ( in my case); ".......about your tickets .... we have sent an email to inform you the entry would be expired, nevertheless the expiry date you saw for that ticket. Please check your email junk/spam folder. We have the right to suspend given promotion/ offer - in this case a tourney ticket to be removed - at any given moment, as per our T&C..."

Have you guys been noticed, just curious ?

....or even worse; "....16.1 We reserve the right to alter, discontinue or terminate any Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if there has been any printing, production, distribution or other error in any Promotion Communication or on the Platform, or where there has been any error in the preparation for or conduct of any Promotion affecting the result of the Promotion or the number of participants or the value of claims.

Sticking up those statements, in front of players eyes, as a response, dosen't look pofessional at all. The bug version sounds better in many ways.

PP's CS has been bad from time to time but since Bwin partnership "funny" responses I have encountered. ...nevertheless Party Poker gets all the blames as a poker platform we signed up for, Bwin losing no reputation, funny!

We all know, or atlest we should, the "risk" involved by gambling online money. Do poker platforms forgot we are not their employees and we do also look up from some benefits out of our play?

To me, this $100-200 tickets issue, looks done in purpose and I can not call it a "mistake".....even though some work is done to solve this out.

What's next, seizing some of the accounts or making them unavailable to take back some of the loses instead of rethinking games buyin/ structure/ prize poll/ satellites...etc. ?

...by the way, you'll probablly not get refunded $$ or T$ but same amount/entries as a bonus whitch means for the next entry you'll make ( having an entry bonus) you'll not be eligible for T$ .... will be considered a sort of "a second first entry" for that specific mtt

Does PP alow players to have multiple entries converted to T$, or they don't anymore?

Shouldn't really matter what's in the T&C. I've never read them and I'm sure they could just close my account, take my money and there is nothing I could do about it.

can someone tell me if the new jersey site is down? im registered for 4 or 5 tournaments that are currently ongoing and cannot log in at all, keep getting kicked off or not being allowed to log in at all. My roomate is having same issue. All other sites currently work fine, along with internet connection proven stable as we can browse internet etc normally. thanks
