It's clear that Party really didn't think out this promotion. The clumsy way the cities aren't individually revealed is another error.

My guess is that they frontloaded the promotion with good cities, which is a reasonable enough way to create a bit of excitement, but they overdid it.

650 cities now, 0 from C3 but didnt play first day.. How the f they claim that they did not give out a ton on day 1 is beyond me, also how they claim its been random all the way through is lol..

FU party just cause of how bad you are treating customers.. Esp at an important time for yourselves right now (This promo and the major FU they gave us when they went down and the tourneys/sngs were run through is just too f much, oh and the, it was not our fault, the servers were at fault speech, I tried that same logic w/my Dad after getting my sister pregnant and said: It was not my fault she is pregnant, it was the sperms..)

The promo has been running for 9 days now and already 1/3 of the cities are gone. At this rate they will all be gone in 18 days or so which is the 4th of August roughly. The promo is supposed to run until the 30th so hopefully they'll release some more when the current lot have all gone and hopefully some more C3 cities with them. I won't hold my breath though.

lol, i find it interesting, that having this promotion is more tilting when i would not have this promotion.

i dont bother a sh*t about the cities, but its f***ing tilting to see this number going up and then "cash prices won: 2usd"

they really must think we are stupid idiots, havent seen such a bad promotion ever.

i agree that at this point, the promo is doing more harm than good, and i have no idea how they could fix the problem without making everyone who played a lot day 1 crush them for the continents they would start picking up.

Same experience here. After two days I had twelve cities left, London and 11 others in column 3. Have played about 6K hands per day every day since and have not picked up any additional cities.

Not complaining, I have done pretty well with it. But, yeah, obviously this thing has been manipulated one way or the other.

I was wondering about this too. This promo had potential but now it has just become demotivating. I'm another person who earned a column 3 in the first day of the promotion. I cleared the country, Russia, soon after that and haven't gotten a single column 3 since then. Paid about $1100 in rake so that's about 220 cities?

Its obvious they were going to have to 'rig' the promo somehow or otherwise everybody would conquer the world in, on average, 354, tickets! I don't see any problem with that but I think its unreasonable to not let us know what the actual up to date odds for each city are while continuing to have customer support imply its 1/72.

Column 3 cities odds is zero. It's been over since day 2.

I don't think the promotion is that terrible. 3025pts = $1512.5 rake. $186 + (240/2 * .4) = $234. 234/1513 = 15.4% RB. 15% RB when I havent really been playing that much is fairly decent.

Its fine that they have rare cities, its to be expected. Not a single person has a problem with that. The sole problem is that the VAST majority were handed out early instead of randomly throughout the whole promo.

Thats an entirely different problem with them being lying shmucks. But it has nothing to do with the promotion itself.

I think I'd prefer to think of them as incompetent rather than corrupt. I get the feeling that the frontline customer service people just get a load of BS from higher-up. This is especially relevant to tech support questions. Their IT department is either drastically underfunded or incompetent (probably both), but the CS guys just accept anything IT has said and pass it on even when it's patently false.

live chat support ever working? it seems there's like queue of few people, and it gets smaller only when the first one realises that he will never reach them...

Anyone had a delay in getting the prizes? I just completed my 2nd country about 2 hours ago and the money still hasn't been added to my account and I'm pretty sure it was instant the last time. Just wondering if I'm going to have to bother hassling them about it.

Edit: Nevermind, come through now. Was 1st unique city in about 5 days btw.

Have the same problem. Just completed Mexico by getting Mexico City and not sure what the delay is.

Sucks that you can't get any 3rd column cities any more and the only 2 i have are Mexico and India. Freakin India - $75.

They don't claim that at all. I just talked to support and they say different cities have different numbers of them available and they are distributed randomly.
