Another free day to play guitar, catch up on forums, and generally waste a day anyway I see fit. I'm glad I've been playing quite regular hours lately because I am probably due for a break anyway.

With all the issues with PartyPoker, I have to ask, "Is anyone really surprised by this?" This is just another day in PartyLand. I wish this were an isolated incident, but there are, and have been issues for a long time. Best you can do is roll with the punches, I guess. No use tilting over things that you cannot control.

At least this time around we are getting updates. Seen a lot of issues arise in the past, last for days or months, and see nary a response from PP.

Considering how unplayable the software has been, and possibly will be, can we see this "housekeeping" deadline extended at least another week ?

multiple requests for hand histories by email i have not received. i requested yesterday and this morning during a brief time the site was functional. big pots missing during a freeze from yesterday i want to see if they are even on record. are no hh email requests being looked at yet or is this an isolated incident?

I believe CS will be experiencing a back log of user emails and calls due to recent issues, I am sure they will get to your mailer and reply shortly.
We have also had issues with reporting tools so this could be the cause. We appreciate your patience

The most people don't care about freerolls. What they should really offer are extra few days for clearing active bonuses (for everyone without us asking individually) and maybe, just maybe, small bonus that clears as 50+% effective RB.

Of course, a compensation to those directly affected by disconnection should go without saying...

By the way Party how did you make good progress?

At 6:30 ET it was 6 to 8 hours --- 12:30ET - 14:30 ET

Now at 10:00 ET it's 4 to 6 hours ---- 14:00ET - 16:00ET

Will next post be maybe tomorrow?

so I uninstalled the client yesterday because it wouldn't let me login. I couldn't reinstall yesterday and I can't reinstall today. Is the whole site down? what is going on?

can you please send everyone an email when the site is back up and stable? I'd like to play but I don't want to have to check every hour to see if it's up. Just send us an email and let us know.

(also maybe some points or something since I've already lost 24 hours towards clearing a bonus I'm going to struggle to finish).

I agree that some form of compensation should be offered for once again misleading the community. I've lost close to 2 full work days, 10,000 hands short on the month, and we're on day 3.

I'm also somewhat annoyed that the bonus sale was prolonged by some kind of clerical error, and was changed for UK citizens without notice.

I busted my arse off to get a certain bonus, to fall short, and have to settle for less. If I'd have known from the offset that you were going to change it for UK players and extend it; I would have been able to take advantage of your promotion.

hmm

Whilst I sympathetic to the cause, and will be patient, I have lost on on clearing enough points that I needed, some points never registered and in the games I was in and kicked out of, only 1 sent me a refund (though I did get SIXTEEN emails telling me this, so they must be very proud of the $1.09 they refunded).

Cant see my 5k active bonus in bonus tab and 0 Loyalty pts, but I mean that is just normal
