That part of the regulations only applies to casino games, all the other poker sites still have tiered loyalty programs. Do you hire your lawyers from the same agency that provides your software engineers?

When playing a tournament id like to see the current blind levels displayed clearly on the table like all other sites, without having to look in the lobby to find out

I think on sunday you make the mistake of running too many ''majors'' with quite a few of them having pointless gtds.A $5 3k gtd shouldnt be called a major, the whole idea of a major is its one of a few tournaments that run on your site with the biggest gtds/ prizes up for grabs.
I think if you stuck to less majors with proper gtds then your majors would actually become majors that players wont want to miss.

There's years and years of Party crap like that in this thread. But I'm still playing there. After getting disappointed many times over, you kinda get used to it. (didn't read the whole chat log)

Do you think it's fair to UK players? You get a 15% tax on rake, but you increase the cost of bonuses by 50% therefore reducing the value by 33%. You do this without notice and your 2+ 2 rep tells people it hasn't happened. You also change the time allowed to clear the bonuses without notice. This will mean for me that I have wasted a lot of points as I wont have time to clear all the bonuses I bought.

Sounds like a money grab to me.

Party has to start warning its customers when there are scheduled changes like this FFS!

had contacted the Gibraltar Gaming Commission because of an error in the poker software for many months.
Of course, no doubt, as the old joke goes the Gibraltar Gaming commission says, that Party says, that the error was on my end, when actually Party was telling me while I contacted them regularly for what seemed like a year, that their "Technical team" is working on it.

my conclusion was either that the Commission and Party are one, or they allow them to operate no matter what.

I don't know any case where any of these licensers or gaming commissions have actually helped anyone with their case. Anyone else know one?

Two days ago I got into the Headsup in the 50$ 15k GTd. I had a 13: 1 CL when suddenly some weird disconnecting / reconecting happend.

My internet connection was stable and I was able to see the majority of the hands which were from then on foldet instantly but could only hit the "I'm back" button without anything happening.

Pokerstars and I-poker were running perfectly smooth during that.

I restarted the software and tried everything I could and after like 4 minutes it worked again. So I continued playing / trying to win untill the same thing happened again 5 minutes later.

Ofc I instantly wrote the support but I just got an automatic answer that "my entry fee couldn't be refunded because I won a prize". As if I would care about the entry fee, that software bug wasn't on me so I expect them to at l east pay the chipcount difference from the moment the bug appeared.

I heard from a friend that the exact same thing also happened to him a couple months ago during the early phase. Are there any other people that had the same bug?

Im looking forward to your replies and hope the PP-representative here is better suited to check into that matter than the clueless support.

On Sundays we currently offer the $3000 GTD Turbo Deepstack $50 freeze (this doesn’t fall into our MAJOR cat) Obv not a rebuy as you may be looking for but maybe a suggestion for the time being?

For your info, all tournaments in the schedule with "Major" in the prefix and with a buy-in of $50 or above will have a new prize structure set as from 1st Dec

This prize structure has been designed to pay between 13 and 15% of the field which means greater pay-outs for first place

We are open to your feedback as usual
