we called the chat the same time... he got in in about 2 mins...i was waiting for hours.

when i tried i was at queue 3,he was at queue 7.but...he got in...i was waiting forever at the 1st queue...

Not only did people (myself included) not get refunded in MTTs which inexplicably were not cancelled, but in my case they have even taken additional money out of my account for good measure. After buying in for about $200 in MTTs yesterday, I sign in today and find myself somehow out of pocket to the tune of roughly $400. I should add that I was playing SNGs too but did not bust in any. Happy days...

received an email today saying they would only investigate 3 out of the 5 tournaments I was playing, as the other two "finished without any issues". Hilarious.

I replied with a detailed email highlighting our frustration, and will update people as to their response.

After 2 days after deposit i get this:

"We have encountered an issue with your account. Please contact us immediately on the details below:

i've sent the email but they are not answering yet (sure guys, take 10 days it's fine)...

i guess it's because i made the deposit using my friend's visa card?
will it be fine when i send the photos of his card/passport/whatever, in case they ask for it, and i hope they will...?

I started today and have made $3 by getting 32 cities, none of them in column 3. At first I was excited because it looked like a fun promo with a little more value than that stupid Big Draw. Then I read this thread.

When Party is taking the blame, and they clearly are here, management will make it right. It's just a mess now because the automatic refund machine doesn't know what do do unless the tourney was cancelled.

Decisions like exactly how to handle tourneys that did *not* get cancelled are likely waiting on a higher up manager to sort it all out. They just got to work.... so let's give them at least a full business day before flipping out. My guess is it will be resolved within 12 hours or at the very least a statement will be issued about what will happen.

Anyone has any ideas how to contact party support? I had an account there, tried to login as i want to deposit some money to start playing MTTs there, but it seems that i forgot both password and answer to my security question, so my account is locked now and it says i need to contact customer support... I wrote numerous emails to them with no answer(first email was sent 2weeks ago), I cant contact them via live chat neither...Please help! Anyone knows any personal email from support staff or anything? I dont know what to do...
