and lol about being palladium with points, so you would rather keep palladium (something you can achieve in one month) and say you need the extra money then actually be able to play hands and earn money, doesnt make much sense

I have to disagree with most of this. I've had several hands where not only did I have the hand #s but I had screenshots too and I was s!ht out of luck, I didn't get a refund (I was palladium at this time and was 4-tabling 50NL FF). Also if I was in his situation I'd prefer to keep palladium on Party then move to another skin. WPT is also known to not offer the same promos as Party.

I have no doubt that you have been issued a refund, I'm simply saying that I have not been issued refunds in the same instances. They've always said that the crash must have been something on my end since the entire site did not go down, and that they couldn't issue refunds from losses due to disconnections.

I don't really understand the second paragraph. I'm assuming you're criticizing my decision to continue to play on the site, which if that's the case I really don't think it's worth my time to debate with you whether or not I'm making a +EV decision in terms of my poker play. But I think it's pretty likely that I understand what is profitable for me better than you do (just like i would assume you understand what is profitable for yourself better than I would).

im not debating, simply saying its laughable you would rather complain about not playing and needing money than to actually make a switch to a skin that everyone says has way less bugs and actually play hands to make money....not sure of your state i guess if you play like 50ff then maybe the 1k is worrth a lot for the 10k points, but if you play higher you are only sacrificing a few buy ins to actually be able to play games and make buy ins playing

people love to complain and bash on party tho so enjoy not playing hands and tilting over disconnects

are you suggest WPT instead of Party? fwiw I play almost exclusively PLO so I actually get a fairly significant amount of RB even by Party's low industry standards. Hasn't WPT essentially done away with it's loyalty program?

yes thats what i suggest, umm i believe its about the same loyalty as party....

10k pts for 1k bonus....released as 200$ everytime you get 500pts (this is easier to get than when i was on party not sure if all changed to same)

40k pts for 5k bonus, released as 1k everytime you get 2500 pts

Just got my first refund from the first time I had the graphics bug. Party refunded me the money I had invested in the pots I lost due to the problem.

We'd like to let you know about a change we’re making in the Poker Room.

We will be releasing a new pay out structure in this week’s $200K Guaranteed Sunday Tournament. The new pay out structure will feature a slightly steeper and shorter pay out range which will pay between c.13 – 15% of the field. This will also result in the minimum pay out for 1st place increasing from $27,000 to $31,800.

The above change was implemented largely due to the feedback provided here on 2+2 so we would really like to hear your thoughts on the new structure post Sunday’s $200K event.

If successful, the plan is to roll this new pay out structure across more of our tournaments and to release this in our Pokerfest tournament series later this month.

are ur programmers not good enough to implement it without the software going mad?

I like the plan, but how do you know if it was successful? The majority of players will not notice that the structure changed and will be playing the 200k with both structures + you dont have much time before Pokerfest to do some kind of analysis.

Posting in here ignoring the graphics' bug issue feels worse than actually doing nothing about it.

Good move. As a cash game player who only occasionally plays the Sunday majors I can say for sure that a steeper structure and higher prizes in the top 3-5 places definitely creates more of an incentive for me to play. I would prefer even steeper.
