I now get a refund for the 2 Tournaments (the 10$ Rebuy and the 10$ Turbo Rebuy, which both started at half past 8 CET). But it´s less than I paid (including the rebuys I made), so there is a mistake.

And one more important question:
What is your cancelation policy for multitable tournaments exactly? I think it´s not fair in a rebuy tournament, after the add-on phase, just to refund the buy ins.
I had an equity of about 700$ when the two tournamens were being canceled.

Can you please solve this problem for me? Should I write you an private message with my screenname etc?

dude, you should be happy you got your buy in back.
They cancelled/****ed up quite a few mtts I been playing over the last years and about 50% of the time I got my BI back (yes, without any rebuys or addons). not to speak of the numerous times their ingenious software completely ****ed the tournament up by doing very weird things, that put a number of players at a disadvantage etc...

As a result, canceled mtts etc turned out to be a nice revenue stream for partypoker and all they had to do about it was playing their customers for suckers, ez game.

On another note, they also ****ed up my T$ balance from time to time by deducting BIs for tournaments I 100% didn't play in, so that's another thing to look out for and another point, that creates the impression, they/their software scams its customers in almost every area, where they won't realize it right away... lol, they blatantly kept the money again and again when cheating/fraudulent accounts got closed for everyone to see, so what I described really shouldn't surprise anyone.

It's just a shady company with clueless scumbags at the top imo.

Please fix the pay outs, the 11r pays 9 out of 38 players. who wants that, and there used to be a 2500 one instead of 1500. any reason why its removed? it always met the guarantee. its 345 for first and 60 for 9th now lol

There appear to be 100s of my opponents avatar images in the 'Images' folder, can I delete these? I'm sure this doesn't help with the 'slickness' of the party software?

Ya it'll just download the image the next time you see that player at the table - I remove them regularly

Has to do with 3/6-5/10. No rake as in no(t enough) profit for (greedy ****ers) Party... I think it's a good chance it's only a bug, but also would'nt be surprised if they removed it, "for the sake of poker ecology"

u play more hands per hour on 6max table. => party takes more rake per hour

Can't see tables&tournaments at all in the lobby, it's just silly. Whatever programmer they have should be fired promptly.

tournament seem to be lagging a bit, when the actions on me the check/raise/fold buttons don't appear for a second which is quite annoying

Holy ****, the amount of lags you get per 10 minutes is seriously unbelievable after the update.

Strange how people are still experiencing problems with the software. Been mostly fine for me since mid December update, haven't played since the newest update though so don't know if any new bugs have appeared. By the way I am probably one of the few people using windows 8.0 rather then 8.1 (hardware compatibility issues) so don't know if this might have anything to do with the lack of issues I am experiencing.

Party Rep, would it be possible to remove the coin-flips from the turbo heads-up lobbies, couldn't even begin to tell you how many times I have nearly registered for these by accident.

it is on purpose that we have only 16 30/60 fl hu tables now? a player can open up to 18 tables that means that one single player (obv the best one) gets all tables and all fishes.
this is the current situation right now.
