Is it my imagination or are the waitlists always really long for the 5/10 games on Party?

Yeah but he seems to be european and account switching rate isn't the same as cashing out rate. If your account and home bank account are in euros, there are no fees for cashing out.

+1
Due to the 3% Skrill charge I switched my account from USD to £ (as I'm in the UK) at no cost and now withdraw to my Visa card for no fee.

Party publish their internal exchange rates daily. Seems always best to conduct your account in your own currency, if available.

If you change your currency to your home currency all cash will be converted immediately but TS$ will remain as US tournament dollars which will show as a separate total in your client. Those $TS are then exchanged into and out of tournaments and STT at the same rate. That rate has a link from each separate game's lobby under prize pool.

Here's what I don't understand.

People say that if they cash out from a USD to a Euro bank account, they get hit with fees that equal 3%.

Why wouldn't that happen if you convert your USD to Euros within the client?

because they don't use the cashout rate when you switch account currency (should be confirmed but was the case when i did it long times ago)

they use the same rate (for switching account currency) that they use for buying in and out from/to tables which is xe.com rate (or very very close to it)

Hey Guys,

I reinstalled my system and I'm having trouble with the bwin software since then.
I downloaded the newest software version and installed it, but I'm practically not able to enter the lobby.

When I open the software it's loading FOREVER and after some minutes the login-window pops up. After typing my login/pw it's loading a long time again until the login-window disappears.
I can see the lobby but infact I cannot browse it. It seems to be crashed but my Task Manager says the bwin software is running normally.

When I check "processes" in the task manager, I can see that the bwin software is constantly spending around 40% of my cpu....

Any idea what the problem could be?

Fwiw: The software is running on my 2nd laptop without those problems.

Hope someone can help
Ty in advance

I discovered today that party has been stealing my partypoints. I had over 40,000 of them and now I only have 27,000.

I was sure I had more time until the 6 months of inactivity were over and they started expiring but apparently they changed the expiration time to 12 weeks without ever informing me.

Part_Rep, could you please give me my partypoints back?

I wasn't trying to troll you, actually. Not everyone know it's an option and even I can't keep track of everyone's knowledge of the situation.

Why can't you use the bank transfer?

I'm pretty sure you can just email them and get your points back

They def didn't change it recently. It's been in their T&Cs for a loong time although it's not where one would look for it.^^

as Lessu said: they used to return "expired" points if you ask them.
GL!

You should read the goplay card restrictions.

There is no fee for the transfer , but then the card itself as a lot of hidden fees and restritions if you try to withdraw from it...

For me this card never worked and every email about the issue disappears without a trace.

Hi Party_Rep,

I've only just remembered about this but thought I should mention it:

* In one of the Micro Turbo Pokerfest Events in December, I was able to double rebuy at the start of the tournament so I had a triple starting stack. It was a short stack hyper rebuy event. I can provide HH# if required.

It could have changed lately but I always used to pay only the 3 euro for ATM use.
Transferring funds to it took 15 minutes.

I'm trying to get it activated again but e-mails that I send to cardsupport@pay-pro.com get replied by info@partypoker.com saying:
Quote:
Dear XXXXX,

Thank you for contacting Customer Service.

I understand that your Go-play master card so no longer active and you would like to activate your card.

However, for any assistance with regards to your go play master card, I request you to write email to the below email address:
cardsupport@pay-pro.com
which is quite confusing.

So I send my request to cardsupport@pay-pro.com again but haven't got any reply in 7 days.

I resend and will just have to be patient then.

Oh Rep just in case nobody mentioned it before, auto add-on would be a great improvement.
