whats your statement on party stealing money from players instead of refunding when your security department isn't able to prevent fraud?

i'm pretty sure your acting is not according to european law.

just take a look at how stars handles cases like this, maybe you can learn from the #1 in the business.

Again It's just me or Party Poker has less tables/players now? ... Sometimes the number of available tables in the lobby is reduced to half or so.. what that *** is going on -.- ?

I need some help guys.

I had uninstalled partypoker a few months ago. I decided to try to reinstall it, but I got redirected to bwin. Yes, I know about the merge. So I decided to download bwin and install it.

The problem is that I can't log in using my partypoker password and username. I suppose I have to create a new account then. But what happens to the partypoints I had in my party account.

I will send an email to support, but I have this feeling I will get an answer here sooner.

AFAIK, Party and bwin are separate skins. There's no reason you should be able to login at bwin using your Party account details.

Just install the PP client, use your PP account details, get back to your points.

Now if your browser somehow doesn't allow you to enter partypoker.com (to download the installer) and redirects you elsewhere, I have no clue why that would be.

This is the problem. The redirecting.

EDIT: Found a way around it. Used Tor to download the installer.

There are Party tables with a problem. The problem is that some names of tables contain a "?", for example, "Petro?ani".

Party client creates handhistory files with the same names as the names of the tables. However, Windows cannot create a file whose name contains a "?".

For this reason a files for these tables are not created and Holdem Manager does not work on these tables.
