Is it just me but since the update are the cards getting delt slower since the upgrade?

I also started getting billed the £1.50 fee for cashouts despite being Palladium where it should be free.

Spoke to support and this is an issue at the moment where they are having to manually refund players.

Seems like quite a few errors there at the moment. The auto rebuy thing is slightly worrying as I never check my account to see if it has gone or not.

Its been a week since Party owes me 1.2k for missing funds due to a problem when rebuying chips. They say they are still investigating the issue (Stars would solve this in 24 hours).

Am I the only one?

I might be wrong but my balance seems to have gone up slightly today too and i don't see any credit in transaction history. Maybe it's a small refund from that auto top up problem?

I checked in my account and it seems I get no fees for anything (pal elite)

Also, am I ******ed or we always were able to change our image each month for palladium+ and our screename also ? I can't change my image anymore and it says you can currently upload an image once, and then make one change to it. You have already use you alloted change. Please contact our Customer Care team for more information or assistance.

You can still change your name every month but not sure if you've ever been able to change your image like that? I think the problem is that a Party employee has to check your image isn't offensive or spammy and that's why there is a limit?

If u email them they will usually give you another image change. I've done it a few times.

I could always just load an image each month and w8 for the approval by a PP member staff...

MTT and SnG fees are not linear and a bit ridiculous. i.e a 100$ sng has a 10% fee yet a 6% SnG has something like a 9% fee. 100+10 vs 5.50+50 so there's better value to be found by spending less.

Party also take the stance that turbos should have exactly the same amount of rake as a tournament that lasts 10 times longer.

It's just you. I keep lo$ing a lot of equity with the Party/PokerTracker lags. Even when I stop the PT3 HUD, Party is still slow.

Anyone had the Emergency Windows 7 blue screen shutdown whilst playing since the big update? Ive had it 3 times in recent weeks and only when Im playing poker. I play on Gamebookers. I just wanted to eliminate this as a possible cause before investigating further.

(the BSOD info itself is next to useless, but the diagnostic tools can give you much more helpful info...)

I had similar problems a few years ago and after a lot of messing finally tracked it down to being a windows update that didn't agree with my firewall software. Other common causes can be badly written drivers, but it's fairly rare that some user software like Party to be the root cause of BSODs in XP onwards.
