When did this start happening with the PartyPoker.com software? Can anybody else confirm this very serious bug of being charged for rebuys that you did not receive?

I multi-table when playing rebuy tournaments so it would be a pain to check after every single rebuy when PartyPoker already has too much money-losing lags.

Hello Guys

I tried to reload chips while playing PLO cash on June 12, for $ 400. The money wasnt converted into chips and dissapeared from my account. On June 14, I noticed the same problem for $ 200. Then, I reviewed my hand history and audited my whole June play and found a total discrepancy of around $ 1,2k.

I contacted support many times and they said they were aware of the issue and doing a full investigation.

So far I havent got a cent back.

I have received some money back today, pretty sure its the correct amount to the cent.
However, live chat knew nothing about it, and couldnt see it appear as a transaction anywhere.

How is that easiest to check? Have had the rebuy message many times :SS when playing PLO. Never thought they would actually charge is :S but no way of knowing as I dont like to check balance.

Did you have to contact support to get the money back or did they do it automatically? I got the rebuy error popup a bunch of times playing PLO and thought nothing of it.

anyone know how to delete those super annoying footer icons? redeposit, handhistory stats avatar table options lobby give your mouse a break text on the bottom?

It does seem to really hurt the games though and even in June 2008 it seemed to have the same effect (guess watching football is highly correlated with being a poker donk...).

and lets hope they don't decide to run the "Free Ride" promo in today's games like back then... If you think the "Gladiator" promo is a nitfest then I think we'd need a whole new word to describe that level of game ruination!!!

Oh PLO is fine. Just the same general sitting out when fish sit out that happens everywhere. NL is a total nightmare and getting good tables is a massive challenge to beat let alone the games themselves.

Partybets hasn't even profited like they should from EURO 2012 because the site was DOWN for about 60 hours coinciding with the start of the competition.

For some reason, the powers that be decided it would be a good idea to make a major change to Partybets (migration over to a Bwin platform) just days before the opening match.
