guys, I have been seeing this problem a lot:

whenever I get disc. during my session (it happens about 1 or twice for every 6 sessions),able my table ninja would stop working AND the HEM wouldn't be able to track the hands during the disc., even if it reconnected. Also when I go to the top right of the table and his the hand number, those hands would have a X sign in front it.

How do i fix this

you have to go to preferences -> hand histories and request them to send you the last X hands. It comes in raw HH that you have to copy/paste from your email to a notepad and then import from there, lol.

God forbid you ever ask for a 50k hand sample, they send each individual hand as a txt file. The most absurdly run company on the face of the earth.

i got one a few months back, it could be cleared in at least 4 instalments iirc, at least for me

can't complain about 20% extra rakeback from 4 chunks of $125 per 1250 points. if it's one lump sum release then ok that's a bit annoying

anyone who didn't get it can actually prob just ask for one from VIP support, say you haven't had one for a while, read about players getting one in this thread and around xmas time, say you want motivation to stay at party, were looking into other sites, etc. etc. they're usually happy to encourage extra volume

how can you complain about free $$?? Its released in 2 installments, $250 for each 2500 points. You have 10 days to claim it, but 30 days to clear it. 167 points a day...

I just asked the support why they don't expand their tournament schedule. I gave them some ideas, and also suggested that they could make a thread here where players and members could give their suggestions. I hope they listen to me. Would be nice if they could add some more tournaments with nice guaranteeds.

Whats with this ghost log in screen thing? Cant log on at all!

Ive emiled support they say "theyre aware of it" ....and its still the same a month later? Is this a problem for just a certain OS or what?

Unfortunately, this problem is one of many that has existed ever since I started playing at Party 4 years ago but still hasn't been fixed. Even though you are in the hand, Party prevents writing out and viewing your own hand history, and you have to waste time emailing and importing for every single hand that Party disconnected you for a nanosecond.

I also hate Party preventing players from seeing their last hand history and disabling the hand history link right at the end of the tournament. Hopefully, Bwin's technical deparment is better than Party's (India?) and will take over in fixing the long-standing software problems.
