Whats with the "nationwide system that says your in between sessions" Are germans banned now for using two poker softwares at the same time? what gives

same problem here. I had only party poker open. force sit out on 2 final tables. cost me maybe 300 - 500 dollars. joke.
Still after new installation. The software is now ****ed up. I cant even open partypoker normally. unplayable for germans until/if? they fix it.

Does anyone know why I am getting extra Tourney dollars every Monday? I get leaderboard points for sngs everyday but the past two weeks there has been an extra $20 and $14. This week I played more, but less on the weekend.

This might seem like a small issue, but why does it take so long for an avatar to get approved? It says "please wait 5 days for you avatar to get approved, in the meantime you cannot upload a new avatar for approval." I think it has been 3 months since I uploaded a picture... Why does it take so long? Is there anything I can do?

I have another concern. Have the players noticed that there are a lot of bots installed, at least in the satellites? Limps a lot, go all-in with 50BB. Opening size is often 3.5bb. Very noticeable.

Yeah these limping and shoving bots. they are widely known, especially for their 3.5bb opens.

I can't prove it. But for me the RNG is rigged. I almost only play satellites on the site because they often have overlays. But what suckouts keep coming. In the last 10 tournaments I've definitely lost 9 times against aces / kings. And I always had a strong hand myself. Even with the anonymous players and these bots, the site looks very rigged to me. I only have a small 4 digit deposit at PartyPoker. If I lost this money, I won't deposit anything else on the site.

Sounds like your probably just a player that can't beat the games so would suggest just withdrawing the money anyway

A friend of mine told me he wants to register to partypoker. Although he's got some concerns about it because he was banned from pp 10 years ago for registering as an underaged (he was 17).
Since then he has different ID card (with different number ID number) and he lives in a different country.
What do you guys think? Should he register or will he get banned again for even trying? Or should he write to pp support and ask them for mercy for this big mistake?

Firstly, I think your decision to remove 5nl & 50nl FastForward 6-max is very questionable. While these tables were not as popular as the others, they did have some traffic. Was it really absolutely necessary to remove them? Can you really only add on new games/limits if you remove others?

Secondly, I think it's pretty bad that you decided to go through with these changes without any form of announcement. I had to go customer support from a local company, who uses your pokerskin, to get any information on the matter (and who confirmed that no official announcement had been made from you).

Can you please be a little more upfront with your customers and try not to remove games in the future (ffs)?

How long will these bullshit Affordability Checks/Money Laundering Checks go on? The support just stopped responding to me....

I withdrew all my funds from Party and stopped playing because of these checks. They couldn't seem to understand that poker winnings are actually a source of funds, all they care about is seeing a pay slip, complete BS. If they are going to take these checks seriously, rather than a compliance box checking exercise, then they should at least treat their customers on a unique case by case basis.

Yeah, I've asked them to close the account and transfer my money, but no response yet. I guess I just have to wait for a response... Probably will end up quitting poker fairly soon, just not worth dealing with stuff like this, and I can't see things getting better in the future. It's a bit funny that the unregulated sites seems safer now.

yes you cannot use a hud anymore, they have an in-client hand history now called „MyGame“ for those purposes

converting chips to BB should be available by default too
