Does anyone else have issues with lag on party and mouse movements?



I tried to open a bunch of tables... observing as im trying to tile some tables for a layout. I use partycaption. But many times after opening up say a 10th table... you can't even resize the table. When you bring your mouse to the edge to resize it... it would then turn your mouse arrow into like a horizontal letter I ... and only way to fix this is control alt delete to turn that horizontal I back to the mouse arrow.



But you can't even click on tables without it lagging. Im talking about just observing tables and opening them. When playing its even worst.



I tested closing partycaption... it still has the same issue so i know its not the partycaption software.


Also many times you can't even move a table from a certain spot on the screen. Anyone have this issue? Imagine you have it in the bottom corner of your monitor... you try to move it to another part. It doesn't move. Only way to fix this is close the table... and log off party and log back in.

I wanted to try out Party and after playing for a couple of days, I have to say that I´m really surprised how bad the software is, considering it´s one of the biggest sites.
First of all, the client looks like it´s from 2002. Gameplay is awful compared to say UNIBET, which operates with a fraction of the budget PP does.
There´s constant lagging, even with only 4 tables. And overall just a lot of small things about the gameplay that annoy me.
I remember when Unibet came out with their updated client where they changed the sizing to 16:9 from 4:3. After playing on a 4:3 again, I have to say Unibet def made the right choice, 16:9 is so much better.

Also, isn´t it possible to open up a new table without going through the lobby?

I guess there´s more traffic atleast.

I have not been able to download to client. It gets to about 10% downloaded and then freezes. I wait for a couple of hours but it's still frozen at that point.

Support recommended I try Windows Safe Mode but that didn't work. I have tried downloading from different browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Opera, Firefox) and that made no difference. I'd love to play on Party but when I can't even download the software, I have to play elsewhere instead.

have you tried disabling your antivisus program before downloading?!

I tried disabling antivirus and firewall and it still has the same problem

last tip: clear cookies and browsing history etc...

The software is a piece of crap but gotta say, nothing to the extent of what you just described. It is totally playable, no serious lag or problem with mouse movements. There's gotta be a problem on your end.

I'm having lag issues as well.

PartyPoker is the only place where when i deposit i run incredibly well for 2 days and when i cashout can not win a hand for days. I am not one to complain about bad beats or on "online poker is rigged" team, but this is ridicilous.

I do not complain though, i exploit this.

I only just came back and while I can find my hand histories, I don't see a download button or anything like that. Did Party just get rid of any possible way to download your hand histories?

Is there a way to see the previous hand history like on stars in word format and not replayer? Like the previous hands that has taken on the table? There is of course the button to replay the hand but you have to watch it play out but that is slow but i want to read it.

Can someone explain if there is a way to see the hand history like on stars when you click on instant hand history?


I know there is that replayer... but of course you need to watch it in replayer mode...which takes a long time... would like to view it in a word format like how instant hand history is on stars.

I also have a mouse/window dragging lag. Happens even with no tables open and I am just moving around the lobby window.

It's really annoying and I'm surprised not to see more complaints about it although there a few in here.

My PC is a gaming built rig and should not be a factor here. I also reinstalled windows 10 (for other reasons) and the problem reoccurred after re-install.

When playing 4 tables on party some process in the task manager keeps building and building up ram usage until partypoker crashes.
It is called
windows graph isolation for audio devices
and its using ~10 GB Ram...

Will partypoker fix this?

There is some very simple bots in NL2 HU tables. Pretty much folding every hand on preflop and raising big when they hit something. Can't understand how they aren't banned yet.

Does anyone have an issue with cpu going 100% when the processes pgwebrender or something like that shows up? Notice there would be 2 of these programs that show up... and use like 40% each... and cpu is around 100% the entire time. I notice this happens like a while after opening the party client. This happens even when you open the client and don't do anything.
