Disconnections almost daily, laggy lobby, didn't release my bonus when I was ~90% done and time expired, and to top it off -80 buy ins in 1800 tournies. Can't blame Party for the last two obviously but it doesn't make me want to stay for sure. Think I'll wait for my next RB bonus and call it quits...just too many problems. Definetly blowing their chance at a solid #2 site.

ask support nicely in live chat/email vip@palladium lounge, they should give you a partial release or another bonus, I've had that happen. it's pretty much guaranteed if you're palladium
