How do the barcelona main event satellite refunds work for those of us who qualified through the semi-final route?

the new powerseries....and the "new" Software (still the Problem if i just go to Settings-i dont must Change something...after going back to the mainlobby nothing works correct-it freeze- i dont see the Player countrys at the table etc. )- it will never fixed i belive.

its all and everything a disappointment...(few good things- but thats by far not enough!)when i remember the words/text from this "pads"...i could getting angry!bah!

came from work and want to Play a -when i dont get9handed - 8max regular or Turbo....nothing to find! the shedule has a few good aspects- higher gtds etc -but hey...boring boring boring - no love for Details- no creativity!...and and and!!!

colette: do you plan to fix country bug after latest update? when i colorcode player i cannot see anymore what country he is from, yes there is option to write something in note and see it then but that is just much more complicated then before and iam sure it wasnt intention and its just bug

there was a few weeks ago at 17.30 cet a "fast" 8max 8min blinds. tournament...for one week or two if i correct remember...i often played the 2,20 buy in 1k gtd...and it was growing!
why remove ?

i like pkos from time to time! the ko series was really nice! (without the last day ofc)

but it is overloaded with pkos....not funny anymore!!! absolut disaster !

you have so loyal Players esp. in my Country...all the years they stand...and you would have so much potential...this is not enough.

man... I still suffer disconections and loose hands.

I love playing on PP but if this continues I just have to move on. My internet is just fine, is PP conection that make me loose hands and MONEY.

If you dont give me any compensation from this, how am I suposed to keep playing here?.

you people just dont have a enought good software.

Feeling over the last years-

maybe some People work against and not with

-maybe the Management say to the programmers "we want pkos"....maybe the programmers "hate"the bosses and say/think "ok...you want pkos you get pkos"- and swammed the shedule with it.

maybe the Management say "we want 6max" ...."you want 6max you get 6max"... etc. .

maybe this.

getting quite a few disconnects today while playing cash, pretty sure its on your end..

And also make it so if someone sits out you can see their stack, no point in showing it as 0

Did those players who busted the cancelled tournaments get refunds?
If not, Party is making great money out of this.

The plan is to move all players to next Sunday’s finals with the chip stacks they would have had last night
All players will be emailed by PPL
For those satellites with midweek finals including Barcelona, we will allow players to choose to move their stack into one of those
Players who don’t wish to play next Sunday can opt for a ticket instead

The pp live team will be in touch with all relevant players via email


Im following this up with tech - I am aware we have a planned patch later this week to resolve some ongoing bugs

Same, got disconnected about 3 times playing sng's, nothing wrong with connection on my end.

Don't panic. Support specialize in making incorrect statements like this. I have received no refunds either - it takes time. If you still have nothing after 48 hours I'm sure Colette will help you. She is very good at cleaning up after support.

On a sidenote, please sort out the timebank so we can actually see how much time we have left!!

also, ANOTHER thing... the time bank is a joke, it doesn't even go to the end before it mucks your hand!

Could you please advise your representatives not to spread misinformation? I got confused by fake-news from Johhny Lodden.

I gave Party the benefit of the doubt when I came back as I thought to myself "surely they have fixed this by now". How wrong was I? Bye Party Poker I am off and this time there will be no benefit of the doubt next time. For a site like this not to have made progress in the IT dept in 18 months is a disgrace.

Other reasons why I don't like this site is anonymity and players don't chat. Its so boring. Where is the banter. I leave with a small €140 profit which I will probably now lose on stars but what the hell.

Shame really its a site with so much potential but like 888 they are just so stubborn they wont make the changes necessary to make the next step.

Just say 48 hours as its over 24 and I have received what I expected... Nothing... And you had better issue me cash as tournament funds or tickets will not be acceptable. I want my money off your site ASAP!

All refund requests are with the relevant team for review and resolution
They should be processed by end of day
If - after this period - you do not receive your refund please send a detailed email to support with game IDs and your username etc - they will look into it in detail

Regarding your muitple PMS - I cannot work 24/7 and have already advised you await the customer service team resolution

Where in the lobby are all the PLO tournaments ??????
When you bring them back???
at the moment there are only 3 tournaments !!
Where are the tournaments from 20:30 and 22:30? Where tournaments with buy-in 5,5$ and 22$?

Anything you do.. Just dont reduce PLO tournaments! Good PLO schedule is one of the best things in Partypoker, i love the fact that i can play a plo tournament nearly every hour! And theres always a nice player pool with 100-300 entries. I absolutely love the site and think its the best online poker site there is. Adding 6max NL tournaments was really really great improvement! Thank you for that, now i will play some 6max nl also, instead of just PLO. I was really getting sick of 8max pko turbo as the only format pretty much keep up the great work! Now there could be some rebuy addon tournaments aswell.
