So they refund you even if you've been knocked out of a tourney that's been cancelled before making the money?

Tournaments were running till about 21:20 CET and I was watching the autofolds and blindingouts live so yes we are all short now

Single-table Sit & Go tournaments, multi-table Sit & Go tournaments & multi-table tournaments: if a tournament is cancelled for technical reasons, the following refund policy will take effect:

(a) If the tournament has not yet started:
All registered players will be refunded their buy-in and entry fee

(b) If the tournament has started but registration for the tournament is still open (ie the tournament is still in the late registration period):
Eliminated players at the time of cancellation will not be refunded their buy-in or entry fee
Players still in the tournament will be refunded their buy-in and entry fee.

The remaining players will also be refunded their entry fee.

So even if late registration is over and they've overlayed they only refund actual buy ins? That's ridiculous.

Besides that you have to ask for a refund and provide tournament numbers otherwise you won't get anything . That's how party operates - crashes seem to be pretty profitable for them , some players won't even bother asking for a refund .

as far as i know refunds are automatic. dunno how long it takes tho
