ROFL! The problem with handconverter is really complex and I think the best way to solve it would be allow tracking software again. It is my IMHO and I will explain now why.

Removing all tracking possibility will create a gold klondike for bot creators. Using OR(optical recognition) they will be able to create HHs anyway. Yes it would be much harder for bot creators but I don't know any way how party can prevent it. After this players will not have any opportunity to find a bot among their villains and quality of poker field will reduce. Therefore winrate of bots will increase and it will be extremely profitable business. So why party would not use this opportunity to create bots by themselves? It would be a good income besides rake.
Guys think twice when they will remove HHs at all! New bots, which would have HHs anyway and your stats of course, will take your money much faster and you will not even have possibility to report it...

Last year pokerstars banned plently of botting account, they all moved to other sites where less security, few of them uses the same username (e.g.: saauron1). Some username on the list connects with a well known bot user, who has multi account on partypoker (e.g.: thesweatshop - tothebeatyo - el0nmusk same owner). The rest of the list very suspicious, reported by many people, because they had a lot of inhuman long nonstop session (e.g.: leomessi5, bucksbox) or especially multitabling attack different regulars and not interested about free lobby to play with recrational players (omgmegarag, schoveka, greatgodcthulu) or some other has strange behavior in timing or never use timebank when multitabling during the game (e.g.: bucksbox). The names on the list are well known bots or just very suspicious for many player.

I can confirm alot of the above. I use to play HU hypers (mostly $55s & $109s) on Party. This is now very difficult due to the amount of very competent bots that are blocking lobbies 24hrs/ day. Alot of these accounts were reported a while back and are still active/ new ones constantly arriving. It is difficult for me to have much faith in Party security as a result of this. Again I am only speaking about HU Hyper SnGs - not sure about situation elsewhere

I recognise 3 of these from 888(thesweatshop, elonmusk and schoveka) first 2 are Maltese by origin on 888 and schoveka is hidden because he is Hungarian and 888 are not licensed to allow Hungarian players. What is the location shown for these players here? The players on 888 operate at high stakes HU SNGs up to $1000.

The accounts are with the relevant team
Action has already been taking against some and the others are under investigation - relevant action will be taken where necessary and a follow up completed by the Risk team

Thanks

Another cheater that operates in the DON tournaments is the same as the Vietnamese cheater. 2-3 accounts at the 6-max table use chipdumping. He has been acting for a long time. But he is more cunning - his accounts are registered from many European countries by forged documents. He uses these accounts at the tables in different combinations. These accounts - kjhfgus, frarbgln, chervez, kmltor, Makruxa66, kmrostm11, dyus67o, jailbow, kjhfgus, NorV48, gtastant, etsehcon, riawkrw3, zawdhe, Ivasi72, kmrostm11, serz55, nrgbivnu, agrkuhi, dinadu, artvik3991,dreamon27, TroIIy65, Tonetto86, tonicwater8, Tubara0, Rlnoa567, seroklir, uknrsip, AudrysP, KesyVa, jailbow, DmytroVa, kmrostm11, robertas66. I'm sure that everyone who plays DON tournaments on 10-100 usd buy-in, suffered from the actions of this cheater.

Yes, because they are all the same. All bots belongs to xrab, he has a lot HS bot in bigger sites from 100-1000 hyper hu, location doesnt matter, because he uses different location to his accounts. If partypoker ask them about make a live homemade video how they playing, they can't because all bots belong to the same guy.
"thesweatshop" "tothebeatyo" "el0nmusk" same owner "schoveka" is new on partypoker, but probably another bot of him or someone else.

As I want to file a complaint and official claim against PartyPoker (in MTT poker collusion case, which wasn't really resolved nor compensated at satisfied manner) what is right and best method to do it as non-UK, non-licensed country player to make official claim? Party's own information about licenses is super messy: https://www.partypoker.com/about-us.html

They offer eCOGRA for meditation on their website, but what I have read it's quite useless from player perspective: slow and generally favors companies in complaints when they even decide to take complaint under investigation + prevents players from taking other action while it is under investigation. Also as in mainly casino world I don't trust they have good enough understanding of poker anyways to offer legit service. As UK player it's pretty clear UKGC is the way, but likely not for anyone else. So it is Gibraltar Gaming Commission I should take contact?

If anyone has had any dealings with these officials it would be super helpful to get some advice / experiences. I don't really know where to start and I have been around for long time. I guess it stops lots of people even making credible complaints forward to gambling regulators when it's hard to even find where to file complaint effectively..

Jfc how filled with players from UKR/Belarus/Rus that the tables have been so far this week at midstakes NL. I consider myself "lucky" when there's only two of them at a 6max table. Banning whole countries sure is a tempting request, but doesn't seem like a great option when thinking about it. However, surely there is SOMETHING that Party/Bwin CAN do to fight this growing botfest or is it all about the rake?

I am a bit confused about the use of HUDS on Party. I am switching from another site where I use Holdem manager. My understanding is that HUDS work and are allowed on FF games but as ring tables are anonymous the HUD will only collect session data. Is this correct as I dont want to break any rules?

Thanks

None of the names stand out to me. What stakes do they play and are they DoN games and what times have you seen them on the site. I only play DoN games at $2.20 and below and the odd HU a bit higher and I watch the $22, $55 and $109 DoN games. I am logged in between the hours of 10- 3am GMT. The higher games die off later so I watch the $10 or whatever is running. If he is on during these hours I should see him now I know what I'm looking for.

I dont think why everyone is whining about botting tbh. The upcoming series will be a good brains vs machines challenge. We have to take our revenge

Your spot on that location doesn't matter. That's why I asked the question because I suspected that this musk fella and sweatshop are not maltese. I brought another player to Partys attention for this as he is on 888 with a different location and his location on 888 changed from Russian to UK and here he is Dutch. Its definitely the same player or the biggest coincidence ever as he plays same games and limits and name is all caps on both and is a very unusual name that is not something household.

This freezing issue has just started for me today too. I have not changed anything in my setup.

I dont usually lose at poker,i win overall, thats why I play so much-but this session was a very unusual one so I thought I share some of the hands.I dont blame anyone.

Btw I read some of your posts, you seem to be a very negative and miserable person.
