I did not violate any of these points:
Item 4. CONFIRMATION OF THE PERSON AND ONE ACCOUNT
I sent all the documents you requested. I have only 1 account - mihzagr. Or provide my second account. Ready to undergo any identity check, if required.
Item 13. FRAUDEN ACTIONS, PROHIBITED TRANSACTIONS AND LOSS OF DEPOSITS
I played poker and bets on sports. At the same time I played honestly, I did not deceive anyone. If you claim that I am a scammer then give a specific poker hand where I used any fraud or bet which is not according to the rules. I can give any explanation on my game, if it is required for proof.
Item 16. & CONFISCATION AND CLOSING OF ACCOUNT
I do not get into any of the sub-items mentioned in this paragraph.
Once again I say I did not break anything, unblock the account and return my money.
Username: mihzagr
I can not unlock the account nor return your funds
You need to contact the customer service team directly and discuss with them - I am unable to assist

Its not an item on the priority list however it has been discussed and may be something we implement down the line when other, urgent items are completed

No - however the 1st stage in the MAC updates should launch at the same time with the new look and feel launched for windows previously implemented for MAC users
Going forward we will launch multiple MAC updates and hopefully be synced and up to date by August/September

Adding insult to injury you are giving double incentive to play in the march leaderboard so I am forced to figure out a way to play then and at the same time rearrange my february schedule with daycare, nanny, wife and doctor (I also postponed minor operation in order to be able to grind excessively) etc.
I do feel we have offered plenty of notice for players announcing our plans for the coming year late Jan including all series and leaderboard promotions
I apologize if it doesn't suit your personal circumstances, however, that's out of our control

xPfOaKcEeRx joins my lobbies while staying clear of other players whenever I'm in the lobby. As I see it there are 3 ways this player (probably bot) is doing it.
1) somehow he has avoided updating his party poker software from when anon husng lobbies were introduced.
2) he is exploiting some bug in the software.
3) he is using some illegal 3rd party software to get around the anon lobs.
I have emailed party about this multiple times with no answer, maybe the party rep here will answer and/or look into it?
I will re-raise it with the team
Can you confirm your username so I can look into your previous reports and find out why action was not taking from your email - this is a concern I owuld like to raise with CS management

In fact I've been getting the same response from the partypoker security team over email - it's like they don't want any feedback on the issue!
I have never stated which action was taking with singular accounts or shared usernames of those found to be using 3rd party tools - this is against our privacy data rules and would be a direct violation of our T&Cs
I have always stated - "yes we will look into it" or "it has been shared with the relevant teams"
I understand your frustration no further information can be shared however there is little I can do
We have many times - on this thread or via the poker press - stated our stance on those using 3rd party tools etc and we will continue to improve our processes and take action on those found to be in violation of our T&Cs
We have many times thanked players and encouraged open communication regarding suspect accounts - in our last statement in this thread we provided a direct email address for players to share any concerns
Our Risk team will also continue to montiro the thread and investigate any open concerns raised via 2+2
Thanks
