The previous run of 2 day tourneys we implemented were not as popular as we initially thought they would be
Maybe it was the timing, eventually we will likely try them again however certainly not for Powerfest or in the coming weeks

What are you guys doing to your tournament schedule? i liked it most like 2 months ago when there weren't that many bounty builder's but more turbo's. Yesterday there was only 1(!) $5 turbo at 22:00 CET and the one at 2:00 wasn't there anymore. I'd appreciate you guys reworking that tournament schedule. If it stays the way it is i'm going to leave sooner or later. regards

The 5*** previous posts before your response to this post of yours were about the overwhelming botting on your cash tables. You ignore the issue. Your security does nothing. You need to just shut these games down completely and start issuing refunds for you ineptitude

honestly if there are bots playing 9/7 i give a fock. But gto bots with no emotions playing almost perfect even adapting to stats over hours its scary.

i just read in a bot forum where they sell the programm and any intelligent player can create his own bot with preflop and postflop strategy etc. and that was open forum. I can't even imagine how the the elite bots works wheras running in midstakes+.

after 4 weeks of break i played today playerpool, 168 peoples even some brazilian and dutch fishes but comon they get detroyed by bots so fast.

perfect botters will always win because they have the knowledge in informatic and backed up by a very good player = almost undetectable, like at pokerstars at mid high stakes.

but for god sake ban all those random bots which are running 24/7 for 199.-dollars to buy the programm.

Hi all,

Is anyone aware if Party has changed its customer service provider? I am having the most horrific experience with them.

After attempting a cashout they close my account and said they needed ID to verify. I sent them my passport and D licence and utility bill.

They said it didnt match security standards! I travel with these around Europe most weeks with work!

Anyway, i reply and say anything you need i can send, i even send a pic of me with passport next to my face. They then reply back and say actually it was because i was chip dumping !

I said fine tell me what hand and ill look it up in my pokertracker as i KNOW i would never do this and havnt. They then say they cant give any details and decision is final.

This same circle has lasted 14 email exchanges now and 3 weeks, they have kept all my funds.

Its so so so bad, anyone else had this ?

yeah bountybuilders are awful, can't imagine the fish prefer them either

Our customer service teams are internal- we do not use an external provider
There has been no change

The issue detailed above is a CS/Fraud issue and your feedback should be shared with the relevant team directly in response to any emails sent to yourself

Have you tried calling them to discuss the issue directly?

i put 5k on partypoker.. have one 800 dollar score playing way outside my roll.. play within my roll and the suckouts just don't stop. two outted for 100 yesterday. i put 50 on bodog and run it up to 2100 playing way outside my roll. that never happens on party.. where you actually get going. they gotta do something with the shuffling mechanics. i put 250 on party every month and play 25/50c and never get going. its been like that for 7 years.. 800 playing 50/1.00 on 250.. some 300 on 25/50.. where the big scores at. my variance never sticks on god mode.

i've come to the conclusion, that after around 8k of monthly deposits, over the last 7 years, that partypoker is rigged. this isn't some bum crying.. i lose to fish on god variance mode so often, that its sick. i put 50 on bodog and ran it up to 2100 in 2 days. lol. that never happens on party. i ran it up to 1200 once, then death mode set in. variance in PLO is crazy, but why is it never crazy in a good way for me? only site i run like **** on, is the one i've put the most money on. i do make more than i lose, but never, even with all the shots i've taken, have gotten anywhere. i won 1500 on MPN two months ago, after my second deposit. i just won 700 on pokerstars. i won 100 on MPN in 10 minutes yesterday. wt.f

and let me say something.. these 25/50c .50/1.00 players, in PLO, on party, are so bad.

the fish on party play the bounty builders.. just look at pokerstars.. they are incredibly soft. as long as you're talking 22 and down. party tournies are their best attribute, because all the players suck. their NLHE cash players are as good as stars.. huds.

Just a quick reminder.

Many players are cheating by using handconverters + note taking tools in cashgames.

For example this player was reported almost a year ago and still grinding with converter.

If party poker doesn't even ban reported players then do you guys think they are doing something to catch them ? No I don't think so.

Just allow huds or make it completely anon. This situation is ridiculous where only winners are cheaters.

The only reason why I don't bother to play at partypoker anymore even if I would want to.

Here's another player who has been reported in this thread several times last 12 months.

Answering to myself why aren't these players banned yet.

The relevant team must have been searching these players with their weaktight nicknames: No matches... These players doesn't exsist... No converters has been used.

I moved most of my action in partypoker but all these things about their security and collusion in mtts.... i actually think i will stop playing there. It is ridiculous what is going on. Every 2-3 days i read a new post about people cheating in partypoker

One if them is/was IndianGypsi or something like that and his name got posted here. He still kept playing a few weeks later, so no action has been taken.
Which obviously means there is not a single user who had to take consequences, because of cheating with a HH converter.
It makes it unfortunately pretty obvious, that PartyPoker has no intention to keep their games fair. And don't get me started on their massive botting problem.
