How is it possible that I'm trying to contact Dutch/Belgian bwin support for almost a month now and still haven't got any reaction from them yet. I only got 1 reaction from general support
support@bwin.com a few days ago casually stating me to contact Dutch/Belgian support... Is this supposed to be a joke? So I can't reach anyone for almost a month?
Because I also made a 100€ deposit which gave me 50€ bonus but now I see that they credited me 150€ bonus instead of 100€ cash and 50€ bonus so I can't even withdraw my own money. I'd like to contact cs for that kind of stuff, it would be nice if only 1 person, just 1, would try to get back to me.
