Didn't get an answer to this question. Now the e-mail hand history button has disappeared from the software. What's going on? How am I supposed to see what happened in the hand when the software disconnects?

So, I've played my last hand on Party tonight. Joined the site in January and moved all my volume there a couple of months later when FTP merged with Stars. I thought the site was heading in the right direction but the recent change regarding the hand histories has convinced me to move (to Stars). The games at 25nl seem to be pretty rife with bots and whereas before there was a chance to get them banned that is no longer there. The regs who are putting in the most volume now are players who seem to have appeared not long prior to the hand history changes and while I don't have enough hands on them to tell definitevely if they are bots they had some of the obvious characteristics right from the off. Some on here will know what I'm talking about.

Anyway, good luck to those still on the site and thanks to anyone on this thread who has been helpful in the past.

The Sit & Go Hero Mission just "crashed" on me (says I completed all tasks while I didn't. Also did not get the tickets that I should have received if actually completed).
Anyone else?

If I'm not wrong, PP accepts players from UK, and for what I know, UK doesn't allow the company to profit on cheating. Obv PP don't allow cheating but they made really easy to do it, then player get screwed without any protection.
Does anyone have reported to the UK gambling commission yet? If it is something that could be done, because seems so outright simple and I doubt nobody hasn't though about it yet

Regarding the tool using to extract hands, well I don't know much, but on the market, holdem indicator is still working on PP, and it shows lifetime stats. No need to look for an underground tool

I legit completed 7/7 steps and was awarded the tickets but......they're all showing as inactive (i.e I can't use them). Live chat clueless. Seems they're having probs with the system anywhoo.

Lot's of new Russian players are popping up in my games that I've never seen before.

I'm sure they're being actively monitored by the newly enhanced security team? lol

The funniest thing is on stars from 25 to 400nl, most players are NOT russians.

You get on party, micro, ipoker and almost every player is a russian with 53 WWSF

I've just recently moved back to cash games after playing MTTs exclusively for the last 2 years. I'd be very interested in how to spot bots as I'm a bit paranoid right now after hearing about bots on these threads. You can't post it here?

You can no longer request HH via email
The button will be removed to prevent confusion
You can view HH in the HHO in the client

Can you please reach out to CS and provide your details - they will manually update the tickets if the mission has been completed

Thanks

It's better to not share too detailed info on a public forum. The less info the bot developers have about why we know they are bots the better.

There are many players actively busting bots on Party and few others sites and Party is one of the sites that, as a site, has proven they want to battle the bot problem.

But with the latest changes of making anonymous hand histories, the players can't form profiles on their opponents and thus, can't help the site to bust the bots anymore(well at least not even close as effective as before). And most of the bots are active for long periods of times and only stop playing after players reports so this was a huge step back.

The amount of russian players at Party is just insane. These recent years I have noticed almost zero russian recs at small/mid stakes and can someone help me out, Isnt bots/cheaters over represented from Russia (old CCCP)?

I've got my tin foil hat on and I'm of the opinion that bots will improve to the point that they will eventually destroy online poker.

BOTs will destroy online poker if enough countermeasure aren't taken. There are a lot of thing poker rooms and do, but actually they choose to avoid. Probably they consider the BOT phenomenon a marginal one. When 30+% of player would be BOTs and the information is spread on the pubblic, maybe they will start to do something. Also, I hope in the future, cheaters could be charged for fraud. This could be the single groundbreaking thing tha could save online poker.

^ interested to know what the repercussions are for bot owners from a legal point of view?

I'd guess it depends on the country, and apart from confiscate funds held on the site I'd doubt very much that a site can do anything else. Who knows wtf Russian regs say and how much they would care about this.

+1 to leaving the site after this month's promo. The more the site is bot friendly the more even more bots will come to the site rather than risk other sites. Rather than mess around I'd get out sooner rather than later personally. It's not just bots of course but software to get a full hud - it's pretty obvious that some players have this already.

I honestly don't think Party care how many bots there are. Providing rec players don't know, or care, then there will still be games running and having loads of bots isn't bound to hit the bottom line. Not for a while at least, but they may screw themselves long term - I really don't know.

hey Rep

I played $25 SNG hero today and when I entered it showed the prizes are following:

So I went ahead, registered and won it and got $109 tournament ticket as 1st prize.
So I was going to register to $109 tourney, but no. It showed the $109 tournament is restricted for the qualifer to Carribean Poker Party.

IMO it should be clearly written in the lobby that these tournament tickets are tickets for qualifiers not normal tournament tickets as we are currently led to believe.

I believe I deserve normal $109 tournament ticket not this restricted qualifier ticket.

Yeah, same here I will not spend anytime ITT complaining about the recent changes, but I did reach out to Party and asked for my account to be officially closed, thus putting an end to a decade on Party... Kind of sad, especially the positive decision that Party had been taken over the 2 previous years, but I cannot bring myself to play on a bot-friendly site

This was brought up earlier in the thread, didn't they fix it? If they want to only pay out sat tickets that's fine but it has to be clearly displayed. Right now it clearly says it'll pay out regular tournament tickets.

Keep pushing them, they'll have to swap your ticket for you. It's against their license terms to pay out differently than advertised (UKGC but I think it applies to all players).

Colette is it possible to put in a word to your completely ******ed tech team about at least implementing some kind of detection for people using converters to make the hud work and banning them just like unibet does?

Correct me if I'm wrong - but how could any site detect this? Sure they can detect processes running etc, but what would stop renaming of the program/processes to something obscure? This makes the Party decision even worse really - they have created even more an uneven a playing field.

I mean, they could get a Russian speaker to dig deep into Russian forums, and even try to buy some software and act on that info. This would help but obv they won't do this.

Maybe I'm quoting you, not sure, but I also heard someone saying in another thread that online poker would be dead in a couple years...this was a high stakes player.
