If Party starts encrypting its non-FF cash HHs and requiring to encrypt DBs as well, the HM/PT team will find it less -EV to stop supporting these games altogether than to spend a lot of manpower on the encryption of the DBs of its products that the other networks don't require.

@Colette, looking for a link to info about Irish Open satellites and live events. I see them available in the mtt section, but info is very limited...

I'm a casual/novice player, and I realise this issue may sound trivial to some (given the volume some of you play/rake), but has anyone ever had their Party Points "captured by the system" following a prolonged period of inactivity? I consulted with Live Chat about the matter, and it was escalated to the relevant department who have deemed the practise fair game. Leaves a sour taste. Is this standard procedure, Colette?

Yep it's in their t&c that they start taking points away if you don't play for x months (3 or 6 afaik). Just play at least one partypoint every now and then to keep your points active. If you start playing on the site again, they might give the lost points back as well. Worth asking.

Yes there is an inactivity fee if you do not play for 180 days
You will receive an email prior to this to let you know

Colette, any update on my points issue for the 1st day of Gladiator? I only accrued 800 pts in the first day (and the remaining 400 pts in the next 2 days) due to confusion about the starting time and was wanting this to be sorted so I could still get top prize.

As I said Gladiator issues regarding the issues at the beginning of the promo will be dealt with by the relevant team at the end of the promotional period

I've got $9,000 left to rake, I'd quite like to know ASAP whether or not I'm going to be awarded $5,250 for completing this, or if I'm gonna get ****ed over and only get $3,800. It's not a case of points not being there that should be, it's a case of me not making enough points on the first day because the website stated an incorrect time.

I think you do a great job, and I don't wanna be mean, but this is like the 5th time I've asked you and you keep brushing me off and saying you'll chase it up and get back to me, and you never do. Is there someone else I can contact that'll actually look into this for me?

Ive told you several times - not once has it been "brushed off" the promo team stated the issues at the beginning of the promotional period will be dealt with when the promo ends If you earned the points - you will receive the relevant bonus, if you made an error and missed out due to the incorrect time configuration - you will be reimbursed at the end of the promotional period

Each case will be dealt with at the end of the month

If you wish contact customer service - though likely you will receive a similar response - I have shared what the promo team have stated

Do the 30 days is difficult. It is a very hard work.
We all gave up a lot when we chose this goal
How do we do this without even knowing whether we have these first days?

So at the end of the promotion the promo team does not consider our situation and we get 28/29 days ... How we deal with this?

You're saying we should get a couple days off from the 30day prizes because of all the early confusion/problems? They gave us an extra day, but I don't think that is enough.

I want at least know if my days of the beginning made "with the wrong start time" will be computed.
To find out if I give myself a break and play for 25 days or continue the difficult target of 30 days.

I lost 2 days, I was doing the points of my goal without checking the Gladiator tab. Just checking my historical points of the day. The PartyPoker regular day. I noticed only on day 6 when I lost the second day.

Colette keeps stating over and over that the points will be manually added. What is the possible confusion? If you played based on the other time zone and points were off that is there fault and they will manually fix. Finish your 30 days and enjoy.

Exactly. Plus, i got this email. Everyone who made points in the beginning but according to a different time zone will still get their prize at the end. **My first 4 days are ****ed, but the volume for what i considered a 'day' will still be counted**

I won a $109 ticket tonight, and later noticed that it expires less than 24 hours later!
"Expires on 19-Oct-2016 18:28:12 ET"

There is currently only one option to use the ticket at 8:00 EDT (CPP Phase One), when I am unable to play. Has anybody found a workaround for these short expirations? Can I transfer the 24-hour ticket, or register just before it expires then unregister for a later time when I can play?
