Ive told you several times - not once has it been "brushed off" the promo team stated the issues at the beginning of the promotional period will be dealt with when the promo ends If you earned the points - you will receive the relevant bonus, if you made an error and missed out due to the incorrect time configuration - you will be reimbursed at the end of the promotional period
