I am not aware of any issues though I will agree the note function needs some work I will ask tech if there are any known issues and highlight your problem

Did you play the same stakes for all 5 games?
If so the ticket was awarded but its doesnt display great in the client
Check under Inactive tickets
My Account > My tickets > SELECT FILTERS (inactive)
