my issue is only that my day reset in table is at 23:59CET from beginning 3rd Oct, but first days it should be at 6:00 cet and second day 10:40cet

btw you have cheaters/cheater on site, i dont have time to investigate this but you should

I'm sure she can post herself and probably will but I would be careful using any program that tricks the HUD to work or makes hand histories or converts them in an attempt to build a database. But again, I'm sure she can confirm for you.

Once again this is not clear. In Pokerstars T and C it is very clear. I ask for a third time if HUDs are banned? If so, i want to see this in the T and C. If my funds were confiscated for using a HUD at the present time i would contest it as a matter of principle not caring what it cost me to do so.

I got a free $5 ticket for playing 5x$5 Hero tourneys (and winning 4 of them) but got no ticket for playing 5x$10. Maybe the task is to win 4 games a day this time.

Or, more likely, it's still to play 5 games at the same stake but the change is that only 1 ticket is awarded per person per day, at the first stake where the player qualified for it.

At which moment did you get your ticket? At the moment of finishing the 5th game for today?

change name still not working even though the freeroll finished. I log in, go to options, hit he change name button, type the new name in twice, log off and then hit submit, It still tells me im logged in in orange at the top. I've PM'd collete, but does anyone else have any ideas?

So the HUDs are back just cost a lot more and the guys making seating scritps now find another stream of income to bank even more money from the poker economy. it is not even funny. Seriously Party who made this brilliant idea with the changes?? Obviously you are not smart enough to police it. I am one of the guys that would love to play HUDless but now I am either forced to cheat or quit your site because no way I am going to play without it when every other scummy reg will abuse me with it and nl200+ every edge counts.

Do party actively monitor programs being run in the background like other sites do? So that any screen scraping program will instantly flagged

What is your security team doing to step up their active search for those using prohibited programs as well as the likely influx of bots with the recent anonymous HH changes?

Sorry Colette but I'm extremely skeptical that the security team will even be close to adequate at addressing the problem like I'm sure most other posters are here.

I've also been told there will be a tool(one of many?) ready by end of this week that will give us our stats back.

I'm not a programmer but I just can't see how Party can both prevent programmers from getting the info from the table and also monitor if players have such software.
