careful. HEM2 is not accurate for rake on Party. That is HEMs fault not Party's so you have no made your points for the day.

Anyone noticed that the points have been registered on 2nd of October on the calendar, even though the promotion starts on the 3rd?

Also my points are NOW registered on the 3rd, leaving the 2nd without hitting the 900 required points.

I'm on the CET clock and living in the UK so the promotion should run 6am-5.59am.

Just noticed this and got a bit of a fright! Just to confirm with UK guys, the first day started at 6am on Monday 3rd Oct and finishes at 5.59am on Tues 4th Oct? So we're still in the first day?

Think Party's just got a few bugs what with all the changes, I'm sure they'll iron em out!

I'm pretty certain thats how it works and they've got a few teething issues, especially since the promo doesn't even run on the 2nd!

HM2's rake on Party is dealt rake for some reason while Party uses contributed method. I tried to get HM to fix it but they have ignored it.

As that won't be fixed in HM2 on time, you can click in the partypoints amount in the client which will take you to the a page where your daily partypoints are shown. You can also go to the promo page where the amount is updated live.

"VERY IMPORTANT: Be sure to take note of your time zone! For example: players using CET, each day starts at 06.00 and ends at 05.59 CET"

However according to gladiator promotion page in the lobby the day ended 01.00 CET or something like that.

I asked the live support and at first they said that it's true that the day changed at 01.00 CET but after I pasted the text above they said something about server restart and they can not confirm that the points earned after that 01.00 CET will count for the first day..

So what time CET does the day change ?

Though the issue is now resolved in full some players will have missed points for the early play yesterday
Players that were affected by having to opt in again will of course have those points/days counted towards the promotion.
Unfortunately this cannot be done automatically So at the end of the promotion they will receive payment for logged hours and then the relevant team will manually add the missing days

Thanks for the reply Colette, just to let you know, all of todays points now seem to be adding onto the date of the 3rd in the Gladiator tab, of course you can see them separately on your daily points total, but the date of the 4th is blank at the moment.

I´ve a question, if I play 30 days, but i get everyday 230 points, if the day 28 i get 100 points and the day 29 i get 330 points, its 100+330/2 ?

Yeah, it's a little confusing. Under 3rd October I did about 400 pts at 1am UK time (still technically the 3rd Oct) and I've done about 600 today (4th Oct), but they're merged as one day, so it's hard to tell exactly how many points I've accrued today... (hope that makes sense)

Yep that makes sense, my points have also merged on the Gladiator promo page. Top right corner is says like 5354 points for example next to a Key, click the points and it brings up how many you've got today.

So now it's 4.10 and the promo started 3.10. Is that correct ?

With the security tools in place, recent increased investment in the Risk & Fraud team and software updates, we are confident that we have adequate controls to help prevent the use of BOTs, 3rd party tools and screen scraping on the network.
Since the first ecology changes on the site in October 2015 we have closed over 200 accounts and will be redistributing any remaining funds by the end of the month.

As stated in our recent ecology announcement all players can make a one-off screen name change. This allows players to clear their screen name from any previous possible data mining.

For now, these changes will only affect cash game players although we will consider rolling out the ecology improvements across tournaments and fast forward. We will continue to closely monitor the impact of these changes on our cash game ecology and we appreciate all player feedback, which we will take into consideration for any future actions.

We are extremely appreciative of the support that players have given us over the past few years by highlighting suspicious accounts. This part jumped out at me, can you provide some clarification? Are you saying Party has been holding confiscated funds for a while now? Has this decision to redistribute them just been made? I'm just wondering as not a single player I know has ever received any refunds due to bots. I was looking at my database and my biggest accumulated losses were to a player who was reported and hasn't been seen since. Will be interesting to see what comes of this.

how people can datamine when they dont see nick of players on cash game tables? and if it is not possible to datamine anymore on partypoker, why did u decide to disable huds by doing all hands anon? will be hands catchers or some other sotware changing hands history allowed on party? and if not will it be easy to catch people using this software? that would be pretty unfair if its hard to know who using some kind of hand history editing program to use hud because he will have big advantage over people who decided to not use it

why not allow players to change nick one time per month or something like that? this way i think even if its possible still to datamine hands it cant hurt people that much and also nobody can cheat and use some other software to get big edge over people who cant use hud because of all hands are anon

What is the logic for not applying the change to FF tables? The only explanation I've seen here is that Party don't think there are enough bots generating rake in the FF tables, so I'm going with that for now.

I assume that if someone has data on a player from FF tables then those stats show on standard cash tables if the hud is open? Seems pretty unfair to those who only play the cash tables, though I suppose it works both ways.
