When I read this again I realise I should really add for clarity, I know the tech team are aware of the problem but I mean it may be worthwhile notifying them that the problem is solved by re-starting the client. Hopefully this will help them.

after this Summer grind promo when we achieve mission will I be able to normally use my points to buy cash bonus with points i have earned during the mission ? and if i play 8 tables of different limits points will be added together right ?

I don't think you can play more than 4 fast forward so I'm guessing you are talking about SNGs. Any limit $10 or bigger will count and don't need to be the same limit.

Nope. I could be wrong but I think it's 18 tables max and FF counts as 4 tables.

Most hands that go to showdown don't show up in holdem manager. It's 2016 I guess the technology just isn't there yet.

hi everybody
someting about the screenfreezes.
i tried the last days PT4 instead of HM2 because the not importing hands...same problem there and PT4 freezes instead the screen.
but i had not one screenfreeze with PT4, today i plated again with HM2 and the screen freezes every 30minutes.

would be nice to here other experiences with the trackingtools.
somebody here who is playing without tracker and has also the freezingproblem?

It is the fee you (everyone) is receiving back. ($0.50). I don't know why anyone would think theyre just refunding the full $7.5k prize pool, plus paying out all the positions.

I can only play 4 tables of FF. I opened 4 tables 25nl and tries to open 2 of 10nl but i said i was already at max tables. Is this standard?

This has not been around for "15 years"
The issue was resolved and appears to have appeared post the last release
The team are aware and working on this for full resolution

5 tabling zoom lol. I first thought, nice, the ff table limit has been increased, but after taking a break I couldn't open 5 anymore and realized its a bug. My best guess is, since I usually spam-click the zoom pool to enter 4 tables, I ended up clicking too often/too fast, somehow circumventing the max table notification in the process. It obviously still shouldn't happen but I have no other explanation. Pretty serious bug imo.
