I suspect it's variance tbh but who knows. In my case, I had one freeze a day after the last software update, then no freezes for a fair while (maybe a week or so) but then two freezes in the last couple of days.

I had one yesterday. Completely frozen. Had to restart it/shut down tables.

There was indeed an issue with the Gemstone promotion - I have been informed the payments will be made early next

Damn I was almost able to get a 3rd table in 30minutes but somebody took that seat 1 second before me. oh well better luck next time uh. im sure in 30minute ill have another opportunity to get a 3rd table

Have you tried using the "my waitlist" function?

Where is this? I've been using the 'my favourites' tab to find tables but it's a bit of a pain.

OK this is going to sound weird.

I keep Mozilla Firefox open when on Partypoker and when the party freeze happens I click in the Firefox window and it enables me to resume playing on Party. I have found it only works with Firefox.

I have no idea why it works for me.

I would like to give a suggestion.

Regarding the WPT Passport why not give the chance to use it to buyin into the WPT Punta Cana 5k tournament? There are lots of people who will win the Party Million Punta Cana package anyway and will be there that could use that 5k to play the WPT main event.

Any promos for cash players? There are not been any of them for a while now

The buy in for the main event in Punta Cana is $5000
The total value of the passport package is $5K so this doesn't work for this particular WPT event - its best used for the main event with (approx) 3K buy ins

Are Paypal withdrawals slower for everyone now? Used to be a few hours, now it's 4-5 days. Sits as reversible for a full 72 hours then another day or two to receive it.

The tech team are unable to replicate any issue
They have suggested the following which may help resolve the issue >
Go to: Options > Advanced > Auto buy-in options and choose to join with either min/ max tables; then un-group the tables, mark several tables from the list by holding the Ctrl + left- click and click on “Open table(s)” to join this way
It appears to be a config issue if you "select all" the option then no longer works.. I have asked the team to look into to it more detail and look at a permanent fix for our next release update


Can you confirm if these issues are still persisting?
A full removal of all files and re installation appears to have resolved the issue for some
Also please ensure any 3rd party tools you may be using are up to date if running alongside partypoker
These issue seems to be indirectly related to browser updates or out of date 3rd party tools
We will continue to look into these - once again - if the issue persists please send myself details via PM including your username and operating system details.. if you can also confirm which tools (if any) you have running this will help us investigate in depth
