Of my MTT tickets will be expiring in a month.

I have a HUGE problem with this, and this is entirely unfair.

I am a mid stakes player, everything under $50. I'm also a rec player, I play here and there when time allows.

I currently have 7 $109 tickets. There is no way I'll be able to play through all these in the time allotted. And it is especially unfair because the generic 109 tickets stack up and up rather then being converted to T$ after you already own 1. In such case, and not having an expiry before, I played many sats and built up a few to use when I felt most comfortable.

Also as I side note, I actually boycotted and completely stopped playing on 888 for this exact reason. I won a $55 ticket and was unable to recieve an extension and it simply expired after 30 days, which is simply no where near long enough. I have since not played there at all because of this.

You guys really need to reconsider this. That or leave me with 1 expiring in 30 days and convert the rest to T$. I will be extremely unhappy if there is nothing done.

Strange ticket prices for Gold in the Points store:

Why is that strange? Seems they want to offer $100 cash or $55 ticket for $750 in rake but as a bonus for palladiums, you get it cheaper if you purchase tournament tickets instead of cash, possibly as part of their efforts to make their MTTs bigger?

It might be a regulatory thing that they can't offer the $100 cash cheaper for higher VIPs which is why $200 cash is available for 1800PP for palladiums and not available at all for gold.

$55 dollar tournament ticket and $100 cash both cost 1500 points if you are gold. That's pretty unusual.

Happened twice yesterday, reset password and it was fine. No problems today.

I have 0 loyalty points showing today.

Edit: restarted the client and its ok.

Why was there no warning ahead of time or communication from GVC that this policy would be changing in the near future. I won $109 ticket's a month ago and they were expiring in 5ish years from the date won.

So annoying when these companies (not just GVC) just came out one day all of a sudden and tell us how they changed the policies that greatly affect the game taking effect immediately.

Players can't plan there life around poker or have trust in the company when change's are announced all of a sudden and unexpected at any given time.

Correct me if I'm wrong and please provide the source if there was an announcement ahead of time......

how many tickets could u possibly have, there are so many 5,22,109s per day even off days all hours etc, seems impossible to not use them in a 30 day stretch, let alone take 1 day and spend em all.

I have been trying to address an issue with support but they just keep sending me what almost seem like automated responses that dont address the issue. Essentially it was some sort of failure by the software which led to my hand being folded as a result of a disconnect even though i reconnected very quickly and should have still had a few of my initial 30 secs + time bank + disconnection protection.

Disconnection protection is a pretty serious issue. Pokerstars gives at least 180 seconds in these types of situations and yet i was not only given 0 seconds, it folded my hand and didnt even allow me to use my normal allotted time. This software error cost me a minimum of $3500 and most likely $5300

Today I was involved in a huge pot with the nuts and I disconnected for roughly 5-10 seconds. For some reason it instantly folded my hand when I disconnected... By the time I was reconnected I should have still had time bank the disconnect was so short...

This cost me somewhere between 3500 and 5300USD as my opponent was almost certainly drawing dead. I clicked raise all in (roughly a minimum raise) but I disconnected briefly and when I reconnected my hand was folded.

There was already roughly $1750 in the pot and my opponent potted the turn when I had the ace high flush on a board of 10d 9d 3 5d. I clicked all in

However, we received a confirmation from our technical team that our services were functioning normally and there were no such issues reported by other users at that time. In this case unfortunately, we cannot offer any kind of compensation.

Please note that in general a disconnection takes place due to a break in the internet connection between your computer and our game server. This does not mean that there is a problem with our server or your internet connection, in general. The connection between these two systems is not direct, and takes a twisted path through several intermediary servers and networks, where a problem could occur. If you are multi-tabling, it is therefore entirely possible to be disconnected from one table and not from the other. In addition, you could be disconnected from our server but still be able to connect to other sites.

If you are repeatedly being disconnected, please contact your ISP (internet service provider) to check this further. You can also make a trace report, while being disconnected, and send it to us as attachment in order for us to investigate the issue. You can do this in the following way:

- Close all the windows, click on the ‘Start' button and click on ‘Run'/type it in the search filed.
- Type ‘Command' in the ‘Run' box and hit the ‘Enter' key.
- At the DOS prompt type tracert real.partygaming.com and hit the ‘Enter' key.
- Once the trace is completed, right click on it and choose ‘Select All'. Open a word document or a notepad and insert the info by right clicking and selecting ‘Paste'.

Additionally, we advise you to regularly perform a disk clean up and not to use too many applications together with PartyPoker.

Yes I am fully aware that I disconnected, the issue is that I disconnected for only approx 5 seconds and my hand was folded. Usually after a brief disconnection like this I reconnect and can continue with the hand. My time bank did not activate and no reconnection time was given. My hand was just instantly folded when I disconnected...

I am very sorry for the trouble, unfortunately such things may happen. If the issue was on our end, we would have certainly compensated you accordingly, however it wasn't.

Further to the previous email, I can confirm that disconnections occur due to various reasons. You can see some of them listed below:

- Scheduled maintenance or unscheduled downtime (crash) from our end.
- Internet connection loss from player's end (issues with player's ISP).
- Slow data transfer between any of the intermediary servers (Internet gateways that fall between our site and player's system); the connection to the game will also be slow and will cause frequent disconnections.
- Connection bandwidth (bandwidth measures how much data can flow through a specific connection at one time).
- The number of applications running simultaneously that access the Internet.
- Configuration of player's system.
- The amount of available memory space on the system.
- Internet connection like wireless, which might cause frequent drop-outs.

A lack of time bank and disconnect protection would make the site basically unplayable for serious money. I had a lot of disconnects and no timebank at revolution but only once my regular laptop two tabling with hem failed to recover fast enough, and that was not because it didnt reconnect fast enough but because of frozen or not at all buttons were there, in case one needs to open the close active programs window and instantly not, or use keyboard buttons if exists and works. My old computer wasnt able to be fast enough, too little process memory. At stars i needed to restart my modem, that solved 10 days lasting lag and disconnects permanently.

Partypoker doesn't save my nickname/password when I click on remember me.

Everytime I login my nick and pass is not saved but I prefer it to be saved.

I have contacted sup and they have told me to uninstall party and install again but it didnt help.

It doesn't work if you have security token. Do you have one?

Frequently after playing like 1hr or so my client kind of freezes while resizing a table.

The client doesnt freeze in the sense i cant see what's happening, but my cursor has the resizing icon ( <-->) and I can't click on anything. I'm using HM2 and tabletamer, but don't think it has to do with those as closing them doesn't fix the problem. Only closing the table that "bugged" sometimes works, but even that doesn't work always and I ened to reboot the client.

I often have like 10+ tables open, so might it has something to do with that, memory leak or something??
