[PartyPoker] Ex-Official thread - Page 1073 - Online Poker Sites -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

I just checked Czech poker forum to find out theres one other guy getting error 118 since yesterday. We both use T-mobile as an ISP. What about you affected Germans' ISP?

Here is the issue, I was fine all the way up to last night. I have pinged multiple websites without issue. Tonight is the 1st time this has happened, at least for this duration. Im losing $$$ while we try to get this resolved.

Instead of the above can you try ping account.partypoker.com from the command prompt please...

Does not work, ping times out.

How can I post a pic of the Network trace??

Main Event sunday is done for me as it Looks, best day of the week wiped.

SHIFT+Print screen button -> open MS Paintbrush and CTRL+V -> save as .jpeg and post

I'm using O2 on my mobile atm. I was at someone elses WiFi and I have no way to figure out what their ISP. Though the area was quite rural so T-Mobile is a distinct possibility.

All - we are working on it It looks like a local network provider issue
We have 22K players online from other locations - this appears to be a location specific issue for a handful players - can you also check with your local ISP providers please
We are trying our best to resolve in full however we can not find any current issues with our servers - the team will of course continue to investigate and feedback with any updates

i have a sollution for the problem. login with your mobile connection and then switch from the mobile connection to your normal wifi. now you can play on your normal connection.

the problem seems to be only on partypoker.com and the login. every other content of the internet works fine, also other pokersites.

@Colette, every couple hours there is a $22 tournament "Powerfest Week 3 Main Event Tickets". If I win a second seat to this event, can I use the seat to play any of the other $215 tournaments running this week? What happens w/ the second win?

Grand Prix tickets are specific to Grand Prix events and can not be used ofr powerfest
If you win multiple tickets you can use them for re-entry or if they are non event :ie: Leeds specific - you will be able to use them in a further Grand Prix event
If you win multiple tickets via a sat for a specific event - they will not be refundable

No problem I am aware of

Two options without further info ie: username and specific ticket

1. Check Inactive tickets My Account > My Tickets > filters (select inactive)
Possibly the tourney you have the ticket for is not currently live in the lobby - therefore the ticket is under Inactive

2. Check Tournament $ balance - possibly the ticket has been converted to T$

Can you check both the above and confirm please
